Happy Thursday, everyone and welcome to Getting Cricky Promotional Week Day 5...our last day of promos before the U R SO SWEET Blog Hop tomorrow night!! Be sure to join us...the fun starts at 9:00 pm EST!
Most of you know I have been featuring the Owly Hoo stamp set this week! I love all the owly sentiments on there, but there are so many other fun mix and match words!
I tried to think really outside the box for this card...there are numbers on this set that are fun to use and I sometimes forget about them. All of the paper is from my current crush, My Mind's Eye. I punched circles and stamped the numbers, and then covered them with Glossy Accents. I am so mad at myself...I "broke" the number 2 as I was assembling the card :( I didn't have time to make another 2 and have the Glossy Accents dry, so I had to go with it. Ah well, sometimes crafting isn't perfect :) The cheerleader is from the All Sports Cricut cart. I cut her at 3 1/2" and attached the layers with foam tape for dimension. I used scissors to shred the edges of her pom poms. "You are" is from Owly Hoo, and the tag is a Tim Holtz die. "Really" is from the Billionaire Lite cart and "Great" is from Base Camp. I used my Gypsy to attache the shadows together.
Look at all the fabulous mix and match sentiments on this stamp set:

You know what, my sweet friend? That number 2 is perfect... it's doing the splits, just like cheerleaders do! :o) This is such a great card to showcase the versatility of this stamp set! I also love how you combined stamp and Cricut sentiments. The papers are so pretty, as are your fabulous details. The poms look marvelous and I love her pretty uniform. I just love your variety as a designer, my friend. :o) Another beautiful creation! I can't wait to see what you post tonight! :o)

I love Karen's comment about the no 2 and cheerleaders doing the splits! Great card and don't stress the number! But how annoying is it when that happens?!
