I have a tag to share with you today. The papers are from The Paper Studio's Kirby Teesdale stack. The edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA and then inked with Tim Holtz Walnut Distress Ink. Memory Box Chloe Stems were adorned with gems and tucked behind the paper. The bottom circles are a Memory Box Loopy Rings dies.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. A Memory Box Magic Flourish was cut in vellum and tucked among the blooms. The leaves are from My Craft Spot's Flowers Daisy die set. The sentiment is from My Craft Spot's Music stamp set. It was heat embossed with white embossing powder and then I ran some chalk over it for a chalkboard effect.

ReplyDeleteSome wonderful MB dies on this gorgeous tag. Love the way the bubbles die draws the eye towards the bottom of the tag. Great idea for the vellum flourish...adds a bit of delicacy, along with the lace, to those lovely flowers. That is a very appropro sentiment on the chalkboard too. TFS & hugs. Happy Sunday.

ReplyDeleteIt is a little cool (60) today but the sun is out! Yeah! it is hard to believe it is fall already! The leaves are so gorgeous right now~so pretty this time of year. I only wish it was a longer season. I just finished baking a batch of oatmeal raisin and pumpkin spice cookies...mmm, smells so good in my house :)
The family is getting together tonight for a bbq to celebrate my daughter and hubby's 2nd wedding anniversary! Also, my son and his new bride just got back last night from their honeymoon at St Lucia~so we are all getting together for a slide show of wedding/honeymoon pictures :)
