Hat's Off To You!!

Happy Monday and Happy Columbus Day to my American friends!! It's my turn to post on the Die-Versions blog and I have a project to share with you using one of the Halloween dies from the August Release. Don't forget to use the code lisa15 to receive 15% off your Die-Versions regular-price order!!


The papers for this card are from My Mind's Eye. I used three cuts of the Whispers Witch Hat die and popped foam tape between each layer for dimension. The crinkle ribbon is from DL.ART and the button is a Wee Petites Button die. The top sentiment is an old K Andrew Designs stamp, heat embossed with black embossing powder. The bottom sentiment is an old My Craft Spot stamp, heat embossed with white embossing powder.


The hat was covered with a Wink of Stella Silver pen for fabulous shimmer.

    Very cool for Halloween. I need to remember to put pop dots between my die cut layers to add even more dimension. Yours looks amazing!

    Spooky fun once again....a great card for Halloween...love those stacked layers on the hat, and you must of purchased one of those new Wink of Stella pens, had no idea it would do so much...love it!

    Oh I just love the feel of this card, kinda spooky and mysterious. The die is awesome and cutting it out 3 times and popping up each layer really makes it look real! Love it!!

    This is awesome! I love how you layered the die-cut - such great dimension! The embossing look amazing and I really like how the silver Wink of Stella adds the sparkle! The ribbon is absolutely gorgeous! Love the papers you used too! Are you back from your vacation? Hope it was a good one!
