Scrapy Land Challenge #39 - Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a great week!! It's time for a new Scrapy Land Blog Challenge!! The theme this week is Anything Goes Plus a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries...there are over 40 to choose from.

For my cards, I used papers from Lemoncraft's House of Roses Basics stack. I found a piece of white corrugated cardboard in my stash so I cut it in half and added it to the cards. A Memory Box Piestra Tile die was added on top of the cardboard. The butterflies fluttering about are Impression Obsession Medium Butterfly dies and they were covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Crystal Ice glitter.

I couldn't wait to use my new Amy Design Chandelier die, so I made it the focal point of the cards. I used a Tim Holtz Splatter Brush to apply some random spatters of white acrylic paint.

Tucked among the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are Memory Box Chloe Stem, Memory Box Floral Vine and Cheery Lynn Dandelion dies. The gorgeous crinkle ribbons are from DL.ART. The sentiment banner is a Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklet die. The edges were inked with Tim Holtz Twisted Citron and Tea Die Distress inks. The sentiment is from My Craft Spot (no longer in business).

On the inside, I used a Spellbinders Curved Borders die and another Impression Obsession Medium Butterfly die.

Scrapy Land Dies Used

I am entering these in the following challenges:

1) Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes
2) Pause, Dream Enjoy Linky - Anything Goes
3) 2 Creative Chicks - Anything Goes

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Scrapy Land to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge!! Then link up your Anything Goes project using a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries!! I can't wait to see what you create :)

  19. I notice that you generally make two of each card and am going to take that tip to heart. I do that for Christmas cards and sometimes simple bday cards, but doing so with mixed media makes just as much sense. Lisa, these are stunning and perfect in every way! Gorgeous colors on both. Your cards are the fairest of them all, my friend!

  23. Wow, what stunning cards Lisa! I love the papers you have used on these cards. The green is just lovely as are the neutral tones. But that green is my favorite. I adore all the dies you used as well. Those butterflies are so pretty and a chandler? Who can resist one of those?!! I can see what you wanted to use it and you used it so well. I would have no clue on how to use one on a card. But I sure do love them. lol I really love that one die cut panel on the left, such a pretty design it makes. I wish I could make layered cards like this, but there isn't a fancy bone in my body! lol Love, love, love! Hugs, Brenda
