DL.ART December Linky Challenge - Anything Goes

Happy December 1st everyone!! Wow, where did the year go?? I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner!! The first mean it's time for a new monthly linky party at DL.ART. As always, the theme is Anything Goes. If you used the code l01201, Diana will give you 10% off your order at DL.ART.

Once again, I have to apologize about giving details on these cards. They were also created before my trip last month, so I'm not sure I can remember everything. I do remember that the papers are from Prima, and they were stitched to the base.

The background circle was cut with a Memory Box Stitched Circle die. The circle flourish is a Kaisercraft Circle Vines die and it was embossed with Shabby White Enamal.

The banner is a My Creative Time Tag and Tag Layers die. Happy Birthday is Dovecraft die and it was also cut in foam tape for dimension.

With Sympathy is a Dee's Distinctively die. This gorgeous crinkle ribbon is Rose from the Vintage Vineyard Bundle. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Tucked under the flowers are Elizabeth Craft Curvy Leaves and Paper Smooches Foilage 2 dies, along with some sisal. This beautiful crinkle ribbon is my favorite: Pink Champagne from the Vintage Vineyard Bundle .

The butterfly is a Fiskars punch and it was covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Crystal ice. Gosh, I remembered more than I thought :)

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1) Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
2) Jo's Scrap Shack Funday Friday - Cut it Up

3) Little Scrap Pieces Show it Off Saturday - Anything Goes
4) Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to DL.ART to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge!! Then link up your Anything Goes project!! I can't wait to see what you create :)

  1. Both of your cards are so beautiful, even though one is a sympathy card and often difficult to create. I just adore the background circle and how it created the frame for the sentiment. The circle flourish layered on top is so pretty surrounded by the gorgeous flowers and topped off with the pretty in pink ribbon! Fabulous job on your cards my friend!

  10. Such gorgeously peaceful colors, Lisa! Interesting that the same base card and colors look amazing for two such different types of cards, isn't it? The birthday feels happy and celebratory, and the sympathy feels peaceful and tasteful, even though it has the brighter color ribbon! Gorgeousness! I especially like the light-brown tones. Your roses are amazing - they look real, don't they? Have a great week-end, Lisa! hugs, de

  29. What a stunning birthday card Lisa!! I love that Kaisercraft wreath die cut, and the shabby embossing makes it look like a wood flourish! The Prima papers are so lovely and you have coordinated your beautiful floral arrangement perfectly! I love how your sentiment looks so 3D, and the fishtail banner is an excellent way to showcase it! So feminine and shabby and perfectly designed as always my friend. And here's hoping you never need to use the other one. hugs :)
