DL.ART Thankful Thursday #220 ~ Winter

Happy Thursday!! I hope you are having a wonderful start to 2018!! It's time for a new Thankful Thursday Challenge at DL.ART and the theme this week is Winter, or you could always substitute a Thank You card. If you use the code LF222, Diana will give you 10% off your purchase at the DL.ART Shop.

The inspiration for my cards are the upcoming Winter Olympic Games :) I used Elizabeth Craft dies for the mountains, covered with Finnabair Snowflake Paste.

A La La Land Icicle die...okay, it's actually a Seaweed die, but I thought it looked like icicles hanging down ;) Anyway, it was added just above the Memory Box Snowflake Swell die.

The circle is a Memory Box Stitched Circle Tree die, cut out with a Memory Box Stitched Circle die. The glittered ice skates are an Amy Designs die. The sentiment is from Altenew.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The gorgeous crinkle ribbon is White as Snow from the Traditional Christmas Bundle.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1) Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge ~ Use Patterned Paper
2) Dies R Us Challenge ~ Anything Goes
3) Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes
4) Jo's Scrap Shack Funday Friday ~ Anything Goes

Now it's your turn!! Head over to DL.ART to see the amazing projects my design team sisters created for today's challenge. Then link up your Winter project. I can't wait to see what you create :)

  4. These are just stunning Lisa my friend! I LOVE the softness of the muted tones, it suits the subjects just perfectly! You have created magical, wintery scenes (they remind me of a TV program on here in the UK at the moment, called 'Dancing on Ice') and I can just see couples dancing on ice here in your stunning scenes! Have a wonderful day! Love & Hugs. Hazel xx
