DL.ART Thankful Thursday #223 ~ Anything Goes

Happy Thursday!! I hope you are having a wonderful week!! It's time for a new Thankful Thursday challenge at DL.ART and the theme this week is Anything Goes, or you could always substitute a Thank You card. If you use the code LF222, Diana will give you a 10% discount to shop at DL.ART.

I am absolutely in love with this Altenew Magnolia for Her stamp and die set!! The flowers are so gorgeous!!

I stamped the magnolia's on Tim Holtz Distress Cardstock, and then embossed it with Sparkle N Sprinkle White Detail Embossing Powder. I then used watercolor paint to color them. I also added some watercolor splatters to the background paper.

Once the flowers were colored, I die cut them and popped them up with foam tape for dimension. This beautiful ribbon is Powder Blue from The Blues Bundle. I also used Blue and White Twine.

This beautiful ribbon is Lavender from the Spring Bundle #1.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1) Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes
2) Jo's Scrap Shack Funday Friday ~ Anything Goes

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to DL.ART to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your Anything Goes project. I can't wait to see what you create :)

  42. Oh my gosh, it's like spring had exploded in to my house through my computer screen, wow!! These are just stunning Lisa! I am in love with your colour palettes, so bright and cheery! Your flowers are gorgeous, the water colour style is so beautiful and the way you have layered all of the elements creates such a wonderful 3D effect!! Loving these designs!!

As I was blogging this morning I've seen so many photographs of flowers and green grass. I find it so odd since it will be several months until we get that far into spring. We've had some nice weather this week, but it's really just a big tease, I'm sure we will get plenty more cold weather before it's time for planting flowers. I hope it's been nice out where you are my friend. sending hugs :)
