My Life Is So Much Better With You In It


Happy Monday and happy August 1st, everyone! I hope your week is starting out great! I did manage to get some rest last night so I'm feeling much better. I have a card to enter into a few challenges today :)
For this card, I used Nursery Rhymes to cut the cute little ladybugs. I love the cuts on this cart, but they don't have any layers besides the shadow. I cut the same image four times and just cut off the parts I wanted in different colors. You can't tell in the pic, but I cut the wings twice and adhered the top layer with foam to give some dimension, and the I adhered the ladybugs with foam as well.

    This is so lovely! The cut you've used is one of my favourites from Nursery Rhymes. The papers are gorgeous and I love the punched border too!

    Hey again!

    I'm glad your feeling rested Lisa, I am still trying to get back to normal after this past weekend. On Sunday I slept pretty much the whole day, and night, then Monday I still felt wiped out. I'm a light weight I guess!

    This card is so precious! I really like how you cut the wings. Oh, I loved your flamingo invitation too, very summery! Hope everything is getting back to normal for you!
