Grandparents Card For CWC Challenge

Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope you are having a great weekend! I have a quick post today of a card to enter into the Cooking With Cricut Challenge #51 - Heritage/Grandparents.
For this card, I used my Gypsy to weld the shape from Elegant Edges. The paper is from the Madeline paper stack. I cut grandma and grandpa from Car Decals at 2 1/2" and added googly eyes. The beautiful crinkle ribbon is from my friend Karen of Little Scrap Pieces! She makes and dyes her own ribbon! The tag is a Spellbinders die and I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.
This sentiment - just perfect for grandparents who have passed away -  is from K Andrew Designs Scripture Sayings, one of the three new sets available for purchase! Look at all of the fabulous scriptures on this set:

    Lisa, you are simply amazing. :o) You created the sweetest grandparents... look how happy they are! And they have googly eyes because you're just that awesome. (I'm pretending they still have googly eyes for each other!) I love grandma's sparkling accents and the perfect coordination to the crinkle ribbon... and the background paper is gorgeous! Most importantly, I love that Scripture and you used it in a most beautiful way. :o) (Beautiful shape card, too!) Excellent as always, my super talented friend!

    Oh Lisa, this is adorable! I was so embarrassed because the last time I went into Michael's I walked up to the sales clerk in the scrapbook area and said "Do you have google eyes?" I meant do you sell google eyes, but I think she thought I was making a comment about her eyes! LOL
