Thankful


Happy Tuesday, Bloggers! I hope you are having a great week! This is another scheduled post and I'm hoping it works! I have a card to enter into the Cricut 360 Challenge #12 - Native American Day.
For this card, I used paper from the DCWV Harvest stack. This was one sheet of paper, but I cut all the elements out and re-attached them with foam tape to give some dimension. I used the Cuttlebug circles embossing folder and lightly brushed it with Tim Holtz Antique Linen Distress Ink. Pocahontas was cut from Disney Dreams Come True at 4 1/2". I added Glossy Accents to her hair to make it shine. The stamp is from the K Andrews Design Fall-O-Ween stamp set. To show you how versatile these stamps are, I curved the sentiment so it followed the arc of the circle. I then embossed it with Holographic embossing powder.

    I don't own a cricut or sizzix or cuttlebug but whenever I visit your blog, I always want to go out and get one!! Fabulous! Love the embossed circles and Pocahantas looks amazing!

    Fantastic card, my friend! I love the shiny hair, the embossed dots to complement the circular design, and the bright punch of color in the corner! Truly fabulous. I love the curved sentiment!     Lisa you pulled this card together beautifully! I wondered which cartridge you used so I'm glad you mentioned it. I never look at the Disney cartridges because I always think I would never use them but after seeing how you used it I may have to give them a look. TFS!
