Spooky!

Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope you are enjoying the Halloween weekend!! I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to visit and see your projects...I hope to do some catching up tonight :)

I have probably my last Halloween card of the season today. Even though I love Halloween, I'm ready to move on to other projects :)
For this card, I used my Gypsy to weld the tombstone, cut from October 31 at 5", into a card. I then used the hide feature and hid all the inside cutouts and cut the tombstone again in the green and black patterned paper for the background. The bones on the bottom are also from October 31, cut at 3". I cut the ghosts from DCWV paper and attached them with wire. Spooky is from K Andrew Designs Fall-O-Ween stamp set. I then embossed it with Zing vanilla embossing powder. Click HERE to purchase your own set or to see all of the fabulous K Andrew Design stamps!

I am entering the card in the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog Challenge #83 - Project With a Ghost.

  12. Super fun and spooky! I have one more DT Halloween project to post and that is it! All my Halloween supplies are being moved to the bottom of the stack! Time to drag out Xmas! I usually drag another table into my already tight craft space so I can spread all my fun xmas stuff out! LOL

  20. Hey Lisa!

Now when I said ghost hunting you do realize I'm not talking paper ones right? I mean, your card is spooky, don't get me wrong, but those ghosts are too cute to hunt down! LOL! Seeing that you are now done with Halloween cards I think we will have to put off our ghost hunting till next year...not that I'm chicken or nothin! LOL!

I hear you though, I'm getting kind of tired of black and orange. Bring on the red and green! Oh, and I am happy to help you keep that computer screen clean! (That was a good one!) :)

    Good luck at FCCB!

  21. Lisa this is a spooky card! I get freaked out by skulls and bones! I think you did an awesome job on it!! I really liked the explanation on the card base. I am now "trying" to use my gypsy so every time someone says something about them, my ears perk up! BTW I'm glad Susan helps keep your screen clean too! She's pretty awesome. 29. EEEEK! How dare you scare me while I'm happy dancing for you and Sherrie?! Hehe! The green and black paper behind the black is GENIUS and so crazy gorgeous. (I just used 'gorgeous' for a tombstone card? Only you, my friend.) The hovering ghosts look fantastic! Le sigh. You are so crazy talented. Have I told you that in the last 3 seconds?

    Hugs and blessings, my friend!
