Little Scrap Pieces Fun Friday - White Wedding

Happy Friday!! I can't believe how fast the weeks are rolling by!! It's almost summer already :)


Friday means a Fun Friday Challenge at Little Scrap Pieces!! Our theme this week is "It's a Nice Day for a White Wedding."


I don't think I've ever used every die in a Spellbinders set for a card, but I did with this one. All of the layers are from the Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles set, each layer attached with foam tape for dimension.


The sentiment is on a Spellbinders Fancy Framed Tags One die. "Mr. & Mrs." is from the My Craft Spot Tiny Tags 2 stamp set that I won from my sweet friend Gwen of This and That. Thanks again, Gwen!! The ribbon is from May Arts and the gems are from Recollections.

    I have never used all the dies in a spellbinder's set either but seeing how amazing your card is will give it a try. I am in awe of the beauty of this card and of how fabulous your photo came out! I struggled to get a half way decent photo of my white card!     Gorgeous and breathtaking! Any couple would love this. I think the newer Spellbinders are much classier and you can layer one set of them easier. They are more elegant with the edges.

    My sweetest friend, at LAST I get to gush with you about this spectacular creation. When I first saw it, I just couldn't stop staring. There is something truly magical about white-on-white as is, but when it's done in such an elegant fashion, with oodles upon oodles of exquisite layers... it's just extraordinary! The sprinkling of rhinestones is perfect, adding that mandatory sparkle to the special day. :o) The floofy veil-like bow is sheer perfection. I love every inch of this, my dear friend. You showcase Spellbinders like no other! If I eventually get a Grand Calibur, the first thing I'm going to do is make a shaped card of this nature. How badly I've wanted to! Hehe. Thank you for always being so inspiring.

    OH! And I forgot to say I LOVE that you used an oval for the sentiment! I would have been tempted to use another rectangle shape. But having this a different shape is gorgeous and brings attention to the all-important stamp. Oh how I adore this creation. :o)
