Craft It Up & Link It Up #22 - Winter

Happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! It's time for another fun challenge at Craftin' Desert Divas!! This week our theme is Winter...a good one since there are inches of snow on the ground and the temps are dipping into the negatives :( I hope you are all faring well against this brutal winter storm.

Our sponsors for this challenge are KaDoodle Bug Designs with $15 gift certificate, CardzTv
 with a stamp set, and Miriam's with $5 Credit (not on ATG or shipping).


My card was created with heavyweight cardstock from Canvas Corp. Spellbinders Card Creators Dies A were used to cut the paper. It was then embossed with a Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder and gems from Recollections were used for the center of the snowflakes. Winter Wishes are K Andrew Designs stamps.


The stamp is a Hero Arts Overexposed Tree, stamped in Tumbled Glass Distress Ink on a Spellbinders Card Creators B die. I just love tree stamps, and this one is so awesome!! It was popped up with foam tape for dimension.

    Gorgeous wintery scene!! Love that awesome tree stamp, so pretty! We have a blizzard warning right now, it is terrible here, pretty, but cold, and very wintery. Stay safe and warm my friend...I plan to stay in and get creative!!

    My sweetest friend, this is such a gorgeous representation of winter's beauty! :o) (I stopped counting at 10 inches from the storm.... so much snow here!) The embossing is so beautiful, especially with their sparkling centers. The tree stamp looks incredible and I love the Tumbled Glass choice. It's my favorite blue and also so lovely for a bright wintry card. The dimension, as always, is fantastic. Your projects are always a treat, my treasured friend!     Wow, soooooo pretty Lisa! I LOVE the tree....it just stands out so beautiful! The embossing and little fun gems are gorgeous! I love the design!

    Keep warm my friend....it is brutal here to! Ugh, -24 below without the windshield! Thank goodness we have a heated garage and warm cars!
    I hate to go ANYWHERE but I am off to pick up Arya for a bit so my daughter can work. She is trying to work from home today and said Mom, this is just not working to well with my little toddler into everything, hehe I giggled-yeah, I remember those days! I will come get her for a little bit and give you a little break :) She loves coming to my house as much as I love having her...she is now telling my daughter.......I stay at nanny and Paps's, k-bye! No funny ha?

    OOOOW! Cold and wintry, just like the weather. Keep those extremities warm by stamping and die cutting up a storm. I've got a stack of cards 2" high so far, enough blog posts for a couple of weeks. Stay warm, your card is awesome, my friend.
