Happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! I have been having trouble with Blogger for a while now. People will leave comments for me and I don't get the email notification. I don't know that they've left the comments unless I scroll down to the comment section on my blog. Is anyone else having this problem?? I submitted a question to Blogger that has frustratingly gone unanswered. I've checked spam folders on my blog and email and nothing. I do get most of the comment email notifications, but there are a few people that always comment and I don't get theirs at all anymore. And many times, when someone new comments, I don't get that either. It's been happening for a few months now and I am so frustrated. Any help would be appreciated!! :)
I had a chance to visit my craft room this weekend and put together a tag to play along with Tim's July 2014 Tag Challenge. I absolutely love this month's tag!! I followed Tim's instructions HERE. I didn't have the larger sea horse die, so I used the mini one. I also didn't have the Bubbles Texture Fade, so I used the Ink Splatter Texture Fade
I tried to get a picture of all of the awesome texture. The cracks on the sea horse are so fun!!

Oh my gosh - this is just lovely Lisa! What gorgeous colors. Love the seahorse, the crackle effect is amazing. It looks like a piece of enamel jewelery. The sand is amazing - just loving all the texture and dimension on this fabulous piece!
ReplyDeleteBlogger....ugh. I have been having a totally different problem with them - when I publish a new post, it does not appear in my reader for several hours (like 8 -12 hours). I've googled the problem, I have written to Blogger and I've asked if others are having the same issue. Same as you - NO answers. Blogger is enough to make me want to swear off blogging on some days! Sometimes the problem just disappears as mysteriously as it appeared - hope that it happens for you and me both my friend!
AWESOME! Tim would give you a high five for this masterpiece of a tag.

Another wonderful adaptation of TH's techniques.I always enjoy seeing how bloggers interpret what TH does, using their on-hand supplies, and usually I like the adaptations much better. That's certainly true here. Your texture & colors are terrific, and the sea horse gleamed. Loved those sea colors for Mr. Seahorse, and the raffia tie looks so much like the sea grass we used to have at our So. Fla. beaches. That's great sand at the base, along with the pretty sand dollar & star fish. Really great tag. Love it! Good luck with Blogger. Thanks, too for your sweet anniversary wishes. TFS & Hugs.

By the way, I've been having trouble with blogger for a while, too. My comments tend to disappear when I press the "publish" button. I've looked for a solution and can't find one. Oh goodness, this is absolutely gorgeous! The colors and texture...well spectacular! As for blogger, I've had a few instances when I didn't get comments emailed. To get around this, I go to the comments moderation page at least once a day to double check. It's a bit of a pain, but at least I get all my comments! I am no help when it comes to blogger as I just let it have its quirks. Fabulous Sea-themed tag. Years ago on a holiday I got to pet some little seahorses and it was truly an amazing experience. Memories are to be cherished! Creative Bliss...

Wonderful TH Tag. I like what you used for the background & especially like the sand. I made my TH Tag & posted on my blog. Friend of mine has had a similar problem with not getting email notifications on when I have a new blog post. I've not had the problem and get the emails when people comment. Blogger did make some changes a wk or 2 ago and Microsoft made a bunch of updates to my computer last Wed.
