Happy Wednesday and welcome to the first Scrapy Land Challenge!! This is a bi-monthly challenge posting on the first and third Monday of each month. The theme of the first challenge is Anything Goes using one or more dies that Scrapy Land carries (there are over 40 brands to choose from!!). You could win a $15 gift certificate to Scrapy Land!!
I created this card for a dear friend who was celebrating a very special day with her family :) The papers are from The Paper Studio. The edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The bottom layer of the butterfly is a Memory Box Isabella die and the top is a Memory Box Pippi die. They were coated with a layer of Sugar Coating.
The window was cut with a Spellbinders Labels Twenty-Two. The frame was made with a Spellbinders Decorative Labels Twenty-Two and a Labels Twenty-Two. The frame was covered with TH Rock Candy Distress Crackle Paint. Once it dried. TH Victorian Velvet Distress Stain was applied to the cracks. The button on the ribbon is a Die-Versions Sweet Petite Button die.
Congrats is from Craftin Desert Divas Say it Big stamp set.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
- Craftin Desert Divas - Anything Goes
- DLArt - September Linky

Lisa, my sweetest friend, this is one of my very favorite cards you've ever made. :o) How I adore shaker cards, but to make them elegant requires the utmost eye for design. As we all know, you have that (and then some)! I cannot get over that paper! I have to find it! :o) The flowers are gorgeous and I love the shaker window something fierce. You always make me want to buy more dies. :o) Stunning creation, my sweet and talented friend. I don't even know what else to say except that I love this with all of my sparkly heart! :o)

A big WOW for this one. Love all those gorgeous flowers, of course the MB butterflies (these are my fav of the MB butterfly shapes I think...and they're gorgeous with the sugar).
