My Craft Spot Challenge #157 - Sequins

Happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot!! This week, the challenge is to use sequins...how fun!! I just love using sequins on projects :)

For this card, the patterned paper is from The Paper Studio. The white paper is heavy weight cardstock from TPS, embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The holes were cut with My Craft Spot Tiny Doily Dies, which were also used to frame the holes.

All three sentiments are from MCS's Tiny Tags Christmas stamp set. The holes were filled with MCS Snow Flurries sequins, a touch of glitter and a bit of silver glass beads.

Snowflakes were cut from the MCS Small Alphabet set and covered with Sugar Coating. They were adhered randomly, along with more Snow Flurries sequins. The ribbon is MCS Scarlet Red Crinkle Ribbon.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1. DL.Art - November Linky
2. Little Scrap Pieces - Show it Off Saturday

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to My Craft Spot to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge!! Then link up your project using sequins!! I can't wait to see what you create :)

  41. This is beautiful Lisa! I love this triple shaker card :) I love what you did with the ribbon too. Thanks for visiting my blog. To answer your question my Explore had a loose pen clamp and it wouldn't tighten right so I called Provocraft and they recommended I return it. Luckily for me my mom actually bought me an Explore for my birthday too...the purple Explore. I just brought it home and will try to hook it up tonight. I am right there with you on the learning curve. I am not looking forward to it. From what I've read I will either love or hate the Design space. I've been watching videos to get me started. Can't wait to hear what you think of yours after you get it :)
