Scrapy Land Challenge #108 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is as always, Anything Goes Using a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

I had a request for a Valentine's Day card similar to the Father's Day card I made HERE. I used papers from Maja Designs and My Mind's Eye to recreate the cards.

The bottom layer is a Prima Vintage Clock. Layered on top is a Sue Wilson Pierced Tags, followed by a Avery Elle A Tag for All. I used a Poppystamps Petite Four Stitched Borders behind a Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets 2.

The hearts are Elizabeth Craft Stitched Heart , popped up with foam tape. Tucked beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are Frantic Stamper Assorted Foliage, Cherry Lynn Designs Floral Bouquet and Cherry Lynn Designs Floral Bouquet dies. The ribbon is from DL.ART. Spellbinders Address Book and Avery Elle Dotted were used for the sentiments.

Scrapy Land Challenge #99 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is Anything Goes Using a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

I needed a birthday card for a special friend, so I used papers from Lemoncraft to create them. You can find the papers in my ETSY shop HERE.

The bottom layers of the card are Poppystamps Double Stitched Tag and Poppystamps Double Stitched Tag Frame dies, popped up with foam tape. Happy was heat embossed with White Detail Embossing Powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle, and stamped on a banner die from the Concord & 9th Happy Card Frame set. Birthday is a Memory Box Birthday Jotted Script die.

Tucked under the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and lace are Memory Box Chloe Stem, Sue Wilson Mosaic Leaves, Cheery Lynn Floral Boutique Kit and Frantic Stamper Foliage dies. The ribbon and twine are from DL.ART.

DL.ART Thankful Thursday #232 ~ Anniversary

Hello, everyone and happy Thursday!! It's time for a new Thankful Thursday challenge at DL.ART and the theme this week is Anniversary, or you could always substitute a Thank You card. If you use the code LF222, Diana will give you a 10% discount to shop at the DL.ART store.

For my cards, I used Prima papers and some new dies I picked up when Scrapy Land had a special order for European dies.

The background die is a Joy Crafts Lovely Frame die. It was popped up with foam tape for dimension.

I used beautiful Whipped Cream Crinkle Ribbon from the Creamy Dreamy Bundle. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and tucked beneath are Cheery Lynn Floral Bouquet Kit dies.

The beautiful couple are a Marianne Bride and Groom die, and they were also popped up with foam tape. One was cut with black cardstock and the other white. They were then covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Crystal Ice Glitter. The Love die from Simon Says Stamp was also covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Crystal Ice Glitter. The sentiments are also from SSS and they were stamped on a Poppystamps Stitched Banner die and then embossed with Sparkle N Sprinkle White Detail Embossing Powder.

Scrapy Land Challenge #91 ~ Anything Goes

I hope you are having a wonderful week :) It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme, as always is Anything Goes Plus a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

I needed a special card for a dear friend, so I couldn't wait to use the Uchi's Bird Circle Slider die. It's so fun!! The bird "flies" and tweets hearts when you move the slider :)

To make the slider, I used a Concord and 9th Happy Card Frame banner die, and then layered a heart from the same set over a flower from Cheery Lynn Floral Bouquet set.

The butterfly is a Poppystamps Stitched Butterfly Trio die and Celebrate is from Elizabeth Craft Celebrate die.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from DL.ART. Tucked beneath the flowers are Memory Box Chloe, Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch and Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch 5.

For my cards, I created shabby chic celebrate cards featuring papers from Lemoncraft's Violet Silence collection, you can find in my Etsy Shop HERE.

Tucked under the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch dies, Memory Box Fine Cut Leaves and Cheery Lynn Floral Bouquet. The ribbon is from DL.ART.

An Frantic Stamper Art Deco Frame die was also layered beneath the flowers. The sentiment is from Altenew.

When you open the card - wahlah!! I absolutely love the Karen Burniston Twisted Panel Pop-Up die!! I'm addicted to making the twisted pop-ups!! All of the dies on the inside are from the Pop-Up set...it comes with several...except for the sentiments, which are Little B Happy Birthday  and Dee's Distinctively Dies Mother/Father's Day.

Scarpy Land Challenge #79 - Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a great week!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and as always, the theme is Anything Goes Plus a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from. I needed two special cards for two very important events in November - my parent's anniversary and a dear friend's birthday. I purchased some new dies just for these cards :)

The first new die I purchased is the Sue Wilson Brighter Days, with is the frame base of the card. The banners are Sue Wilson Pierced Flags. Love is an Impression Obsession Love die.

Birthday is a Little B Happy Birthday die. Happiest is stamped on a Spellbinders Address Book die. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from DL.ART. Tucked inside are Sue Wilson Mosaic Leaves, Sue Wilson Fern Trio, Penny Black Foliage 2 and Memory Box Chloe Stems.

The other new die I purchased is the awesome Karen Burniston Dies Flowerpot Pop-up die!! I couldn't wait to use this!! I used several dies to create the bouquet, including Cherry Lynn Floral Bouquet Kit, Memory Box Hayden Twigs, Spellbinders D-Lites Bloom One, Spellbinders D-Lites Bloom Three, Memory Box Pippi and Memory Box Isabella butterflies.
