Lavinia World Challenge #8

Hello everyone and happy Thursday!! It’s time for a new Lavinia World Challenge featuring Lavinia stamps and papers. We are a bi-weekly Challenge Blog and the theme will be Anything Goes using stamps (either rubber or clear, but no digi stamps). Details are found under the "rules" tab on the Challenge Blog.

I know it's a little early for Halloween projects, but I couldn't resist :) The papers are Lavinia Magical Moonlight Paper.

Willow the Witch, the Bats and the Spanish Moss were stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I used neon green prills for the bubbling cauldron.

The Fairy Fir Tree, Fairy Fir Tree Small and Fairy Fir Tree 2 Small were stamped with Versafine Clair Pinecone. The Spiral of Spells was stamped with Distress Oxide Antique Linen.

Please note that although we carry the full Lavinia range, we are not part of any other entity or Facebook group that carries Lavinia stamps. ONLY the cards posted to Lavinia World Challenges will be entered into the drawing for the Lavinia World prize. Also note that the gift certificates are ONLY valid at the Lavinia World website.

For my projects, I was inspired by THIS video on the Lavinia Youtube Channel.

For the backgrounds, I used Brushos in several different colors (sorry...I didn't think to write them down!)

Using Versafine Clair Nocturne I stamped the Reindeer (large) and four different trees: Fairy Fir Tree, Fairy Fir Tree (small), Fairy Fir Tree 2 and Fairy Fir Tree 2 (small). They were all then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

I used Versafine Clair Green Oasis for the Spanish Moss for the grass. Versafine Clair Monarch was used to highlight the moon and mountains.

Lavinia World Challenge #5

Hello everyone and happy Thursday!! It’s time for a new Lavinia World Challenge featuring Lavinia stamps and papers. We are a bi-weekly Challenge Blog and the theme is always Anything Goes using stamps (either rubber or clear, but no digi stamps). Details are found under the "rules" tab on the Challenge Blog.

For my projects, I used Lavinia Bliss papers. In front of the moon, I stamped Jaylar. Isn't she sweet!! She was stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

Jaylar is perched on a Tree Branch, also stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne. Dangling from the branches is Spanish Moss, which were stamped with Versafine Clair Green Oasis.

The trees are Fairy Fir Tree and Fairy Fir Tree 2, stamped with both Versafine Clair Nocturne and Versafine Clair Morning Mist and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
