Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge - Fun With Puns

Happy Sunday!! I hope you are having a great weekend :) It's the first Sunday of the month, so that means it's time for another super-fun Getting Cricky Simply Sunday Challenge!! The theme for this month is Fun With Puns...we want to see all your punny projects :)

All of the papers for this card are from my impressive (ie overwhelming) scrap pile. The base of the card is a Spellbinders Grand Scalloped Rectangle, followed by a Spellbinders Grand Rectangle embossed with the Polka Dots embossing folder. The next layer is a Spellbinders Labels 25, also embossed with the Polka Dots folder. The blue layer is a Spellbinders Labels 10, embossed with the Swirls embossing folder.

The paddling duck is from Campin' Critters and attached to the shadow layer with foam tape for dimension.

The label is a Spellbinders Grommet Tags die. "You quack me up" is from K Andrew Designs All About Animals stamp set:

Click HERE to purchase your own set or to see the entire fabulous line.

Now it's your turn...head on over to Getting Cricky to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for the challenge. Then link up your Fun With Puns project before September 1st. I can't wait to see what you create :)

  12. Like the embossing which adds so much dimension and the twine. This card has me thinking of the Male Mallard duck and sometimes there's a female Mallard that land in our swimming pool.
