Decorate to Celebrate #49 - Baby Shower

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a great week!! It's time for another fun challenge at Decorate to Celebrate. For Challenge #49, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a Baby Shower. Let's celebrate everything wonderful about new life - chubby cheeks, little fingers and toes, sleepless nights and unending joy with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more :)

I saw these adorable bibs in the Spellbinders Nestabilities Basics and Beyond book and knew I wanted to make them for a baby shower challenge :) They are so cute and easy to make. The paper is from The Paper Studio's Uptown Flair stack. The bibs were cut with Spellbinders Grand Scalloped Circles and Grand Circles. The scoop was cut with Spellbinders Classic Ovals large.  The congratulations stamp is from Fiskars. The ribbon is held in place with button brads from my stash. I thought the cut-outs were to adorable to throw away...they look like little flowers...so I made name tags for shower attendees :)

I am linking this up at the following challenges:
  1. DL.Art Thankful Thursday- April Linky Party
  2. Sunday Funday #8 - April Linky Party
Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Decorate to Celebrate to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your Baby Shower project...I can't wait to see what you create :)

  32. My sweetest friend, at least I have returned! It's been a long few weeks and I've missed visiting you terribly. I just admired all of the projects that you've posted while I was away... you are more talented than words can express! The variety is stunning.. from the sweet tea cup to the gorgeous tag, and every project had such lovely colors and gorgeous designs. Regrettably, I am far too behind with everyone to leave comments on all individual posts.. I cannot tell you how upset it makes me. :( It breaks my heart. (Don't be surprised if I sneak back periodically to try and do just that over time!)

As for this sweet project, what's not to love?! Such a clever use of Spellbinders, right down to your perfect use of the scraps! I adore the cheerfully loving papers, which are just perfect for the sweet occasion. I've never seen a project like this and am certainly inspired to give it a go when the need arises. :o) Thank you for being a constant source of inspiration! Marvelous work as always, my dear Lisa. Oh how I've missed you!

    Hugs and blessings!
