Decorate to Celebrate #53 - Summer Celebrations

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you week is going great!! It's time for a super-fun challenge at Decorate to Celebrate. For Challenge #53, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a Summer Celebration. Let's celebrate everything wonderful about pool parties, barbecues, family reunions, 4th of July, backyard carnivals and more with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more :)

For my Summer Celebration, I created a patriotic wreath for the 4th of July. I started with the two largest Spellbinders Grand Circles and traced them on heavyweight cardboard and cut it out for my wreath base. The stars are all the sizes of Spellbinders Stars die set, cut in Core'dinations Core Couture cardstock.

The rosettes were cut with the Paper Rosette and Mini Paper Rosettes dies from Tim Holtz. USA was cut from TH's Block Talk.

I am entering this in the following challenges:
  1. DL.Art - Anything Goes Linky Party
  2. Craft it Up & Link It Up #8 - Red, White and Blue
  3. 2 Creative Chicks - Buttons, Brads, Bows
Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Decorate to Celebrate to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your Summer Celebration project...I can't wait to see what you create :)

My sweetest friend, this is gorgeous! I love the idea of a patriotic wreath and you designed it beautifully. This is one of those projects that can stay out all year long, proudly proclaiming American love! :o) The super sparkly paper was a brilliant choice not only because it's sparkly (hehe!), but also because it's like glimmering fireworks! I LOVE the arrangement of the stars, mish-mashed together so perfectly. And of course... you know I adore the rosettes. :o) Alternating the color order is one of those details that I love about you. Fantastic creation once again, my talented friend. I hope you have a wonderful day! :o)

Hugs and blessings!
