Sweet as Pie!

Happy Friday, everyone! My thoughts and prayers are with everyone on the east coast in the line of the hurricane.

This is a short post tonight. I have a card to enter into a couple of challenges today. For this card, I cut the base from Wild Card. The peaches are from Just Because Cards and I used orange distress stickles to give them a bit of sparkle. The sentiment is from K Andrews Food For Thought set. Click HERE to purchase your own set.

Recipe:
  • K Andrews Food For Thought Stamp Set - Sweet as Pie
  • Wild Card - base at 5"
  • Just Because Cards - peaches at 1/2"
  • From My Kitchen - pie and rolling pin at 2 1/2"
  • Core'dinations Paper - Aqua and orange papers
  • DCWV - light blue circle paper
  • Cuttlebug Polka Dots Embossing Folder - orange circle
  • Swiss Dots Embossing Folder - pie pan
  • Swirls Embossing Folder - rolling pin
  • Tim Holtz Distress Stickles in Orange Marmalade - peaches and pie cutouts
  • Foam tape - pie, peaches and sentiment
  • Spellbinders Nestabilities Die - circle for sentiment
  • Hobby Lobby Ribbon
I am entering the card in the following challenges:

Your shape card is beautiful and that pie look so yummy... I'll eat a pie anyday, anytime even if it's hot here in SD. LOL, I'll just add an icecream to it.

  23. Oh my gosh... you know how much I love this, right? It has baking! Not only that, but you made it so sweet and beautiful at the same time. The sparkly peaches peeking out are so precious, as are the little peaches. I think I need that From My Kitchen cart because I am in love with the pie and pin! You made them incredible with the embossing and colors.. that pie dish is gorgeous. The ribbons is so joyously whimsical (ha! you make me run out of adjectives) and I love how you made several colors work seamlessly together. Le sigh. You make me happy. :o) Beautiful card, my sweet crafty friend! :o)

    Hugs and blessings!
