Puppy Love for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of cards to share with you today featuring the new Puppy Love DIGI3146M digital stamp set.

After applying Super-Adhesive Sheets to cardstock, I cut out the Tonic Simplicity Verso Love Arch Square.

The bottom layer was covered with Pinkerbell glitter and the top layer with Ballerina glitter. I used a Glitter Brush to remove the excess glitter.

The next layer was covered with Crystal Ice glitter. On the next one, I used a Sizziz 3D heart embossing folder and then applied Nuvo Embellishment Mousse Toasted Almond over the hearts. A coat of DecoArt Crackle Glaze went on next and when it dried and cracked, I added white paint to highlight the cracks.

I used a Tonic Mixed Edge Oval to cut out the digital image. The edges were brushed with Nuvo Glue Pen Large and then heat embossed with Princess Rose. Using a Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen, I added Pink Spirit Sparkle N Soft to the balloons.

I cut out the pup out with Tonic Spring-Cut Fine Tip Detail Scissors 6.5” and popped him up with foam tape for dimension. He was brushed with a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen for shimmer. The drops are Nuvo Crystal Drops Party Pink.

Doctor at Heart for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog.

I have a project to share with you today featuring the new Doctor at Heart DIGI3152 stamp set.

I used Spellbinders Hearts and Scalloped Hearts to make the heart easel card. The scalloped heart on the base was covered with  Nuvo Glue Pen Large and then heat embossed with Red Apple.

Using a Super-Adhesive Sheets for the top heart, the scalloped edges were covered with Gypsy Red glitter.

The edge of the heart was brushed with a Nuvo Glue Pen Large and then Nuvo Gilding Flakes Radiant Gold were applied. His shirt, shorts and shoes were brushed with a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen. Using a Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen, I gave the heart on the stethoscope sparkle with Gypsy Red glitter. The added hearts were covered with Cloud Nine on the base and Gypsy Red glitter on the top.

The small heart was heat embossed with Red Apple. I topped it off with an Impression Obsession Heart Beat die.

Meow-ry Christmas for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of Christmas Ornaments to share with you with you using the Christmas Kitty DIGI921 stamp set.

To start, I applied a Super-Adhesive Sheet to cardstock and then cut it with the bottom layer of a Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die.I also cut a piece of Grunge Board and applied it to the back for added stability.

Using a Tonic Mixed Edge Oval, I cut the pre-colored image from the Christmas Kitty DIGI and applied it to the center of the die. On the remaining adhesive, I sprinkled it with Christmas Cheer and used a Glitter Brush to remove excess glitter.

I used a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen to give the kitty and the lights some shimmer. The top layer of the Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die was covered with Forest Green and heat embossed.

The top layer of the Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die on this one was covered with Red Apple and heat embossed. I added drops of Nuvo Glitter Accents Fresh Snowfall for texture. Beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, Poppystamps Perfect Pine Needles and Impression Obsession Pine Pair were cut from paper covered with Tear-ific Tape 2”, and then covered with Luau Green and Sparkling Snow glitter.

Spring Chickens for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have two cards to share with you today featuring the Spring Chicken Digital 914B stamp set.

For this card, I used Tonic Jasmine Sunset Layering Die. On the base layer, I used Tear-ific Tape 2” around the edges and then covered it with Luau Green glitter, using a Glitter Brush to remove the excess glitter.

On the next layer, I used Versamark Embossing Ink Pad, sprinkled on Gold Coast glitter and heat embossed it.

The farm scene in the background is from Dreamstime. I added the digital chicks in Photoshop from the Spring Chicken set. The grass was cut from cardstock covered with Super-Adhesive Sheets and then heat embossed with Forest Green. I hand-cut the sentiment bubble and the base layer was covered with Sequin Gold. I inked the edges of the top paper with Nuvo Hybrid Ink Pad Rose Garden Dried Oregano.

The clouds were also cut from cardstock covered with Super-Adhesive Sheets and then heat embossed with Super Thick White. Love this chunky embossing powder!!

The chicks were brushed with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen for sparkle. I am entering these in the following challenges:

Merry Christmas Tree for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of Christmas cards to share with you featuring the Merry Christmas Tree DIGI906BG stamp set.

For my cards, I used a Tonic Jasmine Sunset Layering Die for the shape of the cards. Super Adhesive Sheets were applied to the base layer, and then covered with Gypsy Red glitter. For the next layer, I used a Prima Stencil and Nuvo Embellishment Mousse Seaspray Green for texture.

I applied a Super Adhesive Sheets to cardstock, and then cut it out with a Tonic Sunray Venus die. It was then covered with Irish Isle glitter. I used a Tonic Mixed Edge Oval to cut out the image. The frame was covered with Christmas Cheer glitter. Believe was also covered with Gypsy Red glitter and I used a Nuvo Crystal Drops Simply White to dot the I.

I first covered the Christmas tree with a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen for some amazing sparkle. I love these pens!! Then I covered it with Nuvo Crystal Glaze.

It's pretty much impossible to tell in the pictures, but I used a Nuvo Smooth Precision Glue Pen and then added a strip of Crystal Ice glitter to the poinsettias.

What a Wonderful Day for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Friday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle blog and I have  two shaker cards to share with you using the beautiful Rainbow Roses DIGI set.

For the bottom two layers, I adhered Tear-ific Tape ¼" to the edges of cardstock. The bottom layer was heat embossed with Gold Detail embossing powder. The next layer was heat embossed with Princess Rose embossing powder. I used Tear-ific Tape 2” to adhere the layers together.

It's highly possible that I'm completely addicted to the Nuvo Shimmer Powders :) For the background, I used Nuvo Shimmer Powders in Solar Flare, Green Parade and Cherry Bomb. I also spritzed on Nuvo Mica Mist Fresh Pear.

A Tonic Mixed Edge Oval was used as a frame around the shaker. It was heat embossed with Gold Detail embossing powder.

After I printed out the pre-colored image, I covered it with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Midas Touch Glitter Gloss Pen for amazing sparkle. The shaker is filled with Nuvo Cross My Heart Confetti Diamond Harlequin and Candy Pink Circles and Nuvo Golden Years Confetti Ice White Circles.

The butterflies were covered with Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon from DL.ART. The butterflies are from Lemoncraft.
