Scrapy Land Challenge #104 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is as always, Anything Goes Using a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! I have a couple of nature-themed Christmas cards to share with you today.

The papers are from Maja Designs. I used a Elizabeth Craft Stitched Rectangles die for the background, followed by a Memory Box Grapevine Wreath layered over a Memory Box Stitched Circles die. Next, I added Spellbinders Stars, followed by a Impression Obsession Deer Trio die.

I added some Minnie Pearl Prills. The sentiment was heat embossed with Sparkle N Sprinkle Embers Microfine Glitter.

Peaceful Wishes was heat embossed with Sparkle N Sprinkle White Detail Embossing Powder. Layered beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts Poinsettia are Sue Wilson Christmas Robin, Sizzix Winter Foliage, Impression Obsession Pine Pair and Memory Box Holiday Twigs dies.

Scrapy Land Challenge #103 ~ Anything Goes

I have a couple of shaker Christmas cards to share with you today.

I used papers from Echo Park. The shaker window was created with an Impression Obsession Joy Frame and Memory Box Stitched Squares. Inside is a Frantic Stamper Evergreen Trio die.

The poinsettia was created with foamiran and a Sue Wilson Poinsettia Garland die. Tucked beneath are a plethora of dies: Sizzix Winter Foliage, Precious Marieke Christmas Florals, Poppystamps Perfect Pine Needles, Impression Obsession Pine Pair, Impression Obsession Pine Sprigs, and Memory Box Holiday Twigs.

When you open the card, you get pop-up Christmas trees, courtesy of Karen Burniston Evergreen Pivot Panels die.

Along each side, I used a Memory Box Twinkle Breeze die behind paper cut with a Elizabeth Craft Stitched Rectangles.

So this happened this past weekend -- a gorgeous double-rainbow right outside my door!! And if you look, one end comes down directly in my yard!! If you find the end of the rainbow, aren't you supposed to find a pot of gold?? Better go buy a lottery ticket!!

Scrapy Land Challenge #102 ~ Anything Goes

For my shabby chic ornament-shaped cards, I've used gorgeous papers from Stamperia's Pink Christmas stack.

To cut the shape of the ornaments, I used Spellbinders Grand Circles dies. The top was created with a Spellbinders Address Book die.

The images were cut out with a Memory Box Stitched Circles.

Tucked under the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are a plethoria of dies: Sizzex Winter Florals, Precious Marieke Christmas Florals, Sue Wilson Holly Spray, Poppystamps Holly Twig, Poppystamps Perfect Pine Needles, Impression Obsession Pine Pair, Memory Box Jolly Holly Branches, Impression Obsession Pine Sprigs and Memory Box Holiday Twigs. The gorgeous ribbon is from DL.ART.

I cut a stencil from a Memory Box Stitched Snowflake Frame die and added snowflakes with texture paste.

I gave Santa and the pretty bird some sparkle with a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen.

Meow-ry Christmas for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of Christmas Ornaments to share with you with you using the Christmas Kitty DIGI921 stamp set.

To start, I applied a Super-Adhesive Sheet to cardstock and then cut it with the bottom layer of a Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die.I also cut a piece of Grunge Board and applied it to the back for added stability.

Using a Tonic Mixed Edge Oval, I cut the pre-colored image from the Christmas Kitty DIGI and applied it to the center of the die. On the remaining adhesive, I sprinkled it with Christmas Cheer and used a Glitter Brush to remove excess glitter.

I used a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Glitter Gloss Pen to give the kitty and the lights some shimmer. The top layer of the Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die was covered with Forest Green and heat embossed.

The top layer of the Tonic Jeweled Crown Double Detail die on this one was covered with Red Apple and heat embossed. I added drops of Nuvo Glitter Accents Fresh Snowfall for texture. Beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, Poppystamps Perfect Pine Needles and Impression Obsession Pine Pair were cut from paper covered with Tear-ific Tape 2”, and then covered with Luau Green and Sparkling Snow glitter.

Scrapy Land Challenge #98 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! I am going on vacation for two weeks, so I won't be able to comment until I come back on the 7th of October. I have a couple of posts scheduled while I'm away. It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is Anything Goes featuring a brand of die Scrapy Land carries...there are over 55 to choose from.

I created two Christmas cards that are about as masculine as I can get :) I used papers from an old DCWV stack (I think).

I cut out a Memory Box Stitched Trees with a Memory Box Stitched Circles for the base of the card. The trees are Frantic Stamper Tall Pine Trees cut in sparkle paper. The deer family are Impression Obsession Dear Trio dies and they were popped up with foam tape for dimension.

Beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts poinsettia are Impression Obsession Pine Branch, Impression Obsession Pine Pair, Impression Obsession Pine Sprig Cluster and Memory Box Holiday Twigs dies. The sentiment is from Altenew, stamped on a Sue Wilson Pierced Flags .
