Happy Tuesday, bloggers! It's time again for another super-fun Link Up the Love Party with K Andrew! The Link Up the Love Party is a great way to meet new bloggers and find inspiration from some truly amazing projects!

Link Up Love Party: How it Works

• Link Up Party runs from Tuesday 10/18 to Tuesday 10/25.
• Grab the Getting Cricky blinky and post on your blog's sidebar
• Be a follower of Getting Cricky
• Create a new blog post that is titled Link Up Love Party with K Andrew. In your post, you must mention that the link up love party is a way to get to know each other and find new blog inspiration, mention my blog, with a link back to Getting Cricky
• Post your favorite project that you've done in your blog for HALLOWEEN
• Copy and paste the link up code into your blog post so the Inlinkz will show up on your blog
• Spread the word so everyone can join in!
• You must visit, follow, and comment on the 5 people before you AND the 5 people after you in the Inlinkz. It would be fantastic if you would visit as many as you can--maybe everyone? If you are one of the first 5 then you will need to blog the ones before you and a few more after--as long as it's a minimum of 10 near you in the link up
• If you do not do the above your link will be deleted, because it's just not fair to those who work so hard linking up and showing love to the ones on the list. I have two moderators who will be checking this out to keep it awesome and fun!

Rock The Party

Happy Saturday, everyone! I hope you are having a great weekend! It seems like forever that I have entered any challenges and I'm having withdrawal! So keeping three of my fav's in mind, I created decorations for a teenage girl's birthday party: a wall sign, a birthday card and a place card.

For this project I used paper from Road Show by Fancy Pants. I absolutely love this paper stack...it is so gorgeous!  For the wall sign, I adhered the background paper to cardboard to make it sturdy. The guitar is from Rock Princess cut at 7" and attached with foam tape for dimension. I used the stamp Sweet from the  K Andrew Design Fall-O-Ween set. The small skull in the bottom corner is also from Rock Princess, cut at 1 1/2" and attached with foam tape. The flowers are from Flower Shoppe and the music notes are from Gyspy Wanderings at 1". I used my Gypsy to weld the words together, using Base Camp, and again attached them with foam tape. I added crystals to the guitar and music notes. I added buttons at the top corners to hold the ribbon in place.

Party Girl for the place card was also cut from Rock Princess at 2". The cupcake for the card is also from Rock Princess and attached with foam tape. I used a button for the cherry and a Fiskars punch along the top. "Happy" is from K Andrew Designs Winter Wishes stamp set, and "Birthday" is from Coffee & Tea for You & Me.
