Happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! It's my last time posting on the My Craft Spot blog (sniff, sniff) and I have a project with you using some of my very favorite My Craft Spot products :)
It's cold and icy here, so I wanted something colorful that would make me think of spring :) The papers are from The Paper Studio and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA. The ribbon is MCS Spring Breeze Crinkle Ribbon...it's such a beautiful color. The butterflies are from the Small Alphabet die set, and they were covered in sugar coating.
The banners are Ribbons Banners Straight dies. Tiny Doily Dies were used for the sentiment and each of the three layers were popped up with foam for dimension. 'Happy Birthday' is from Simply Sentiments.

ReplyDeleteWhat a colorful and cheery birthday card, Lisa. It has been awhile since I have stopped by for a visit. It is cold here in Texas, too, and when it drizzles it gets nice and messy. We just don't know how to travel in that kind of weather. Your card is so pretty, I hope you have a terrific week!

ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week and stay warm....it is still only about 5 degree's for a high and at night dipping down to -15. We are expecting the 30's by Saturday...yeah! I do miss the snow tho! It's making it hard to do any snowmobiling:( We have a trip planned for mid Feb so hope we get some measurable snow.

Those layers of flowers and sweet glittery butterflies definitely have me longing for spring. Too bad it's only January and the air still hurts my face.

The flower cluster is stunning and your paper seems tailor-made for it. :o) The sweet butterflies add extra birthday love and I adore the sparkling tiny doily. Gosh Lisa, this is just so pretty that I can't stop staring at it. :o) I chose that pretty crinkle ribbon shade as part of my last order (SO sad it's my last!!!) and really hope I have papers that coordinate.
