Fur-Ever Friends!!

Happy Saturday!! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend :) It's my turn to post on the Die-Versions blog and I have a project to share with you today using the new Die-Versions stamp and die combos from the December release. Oh my gosh, these are so fun - you are going to love them!! The stamps stamp perfectly and the dies cut with precision...no more fussy cutting :)


I just love this set!! I've been a dog person my whole life but a few years ago, a determined stray cat adopted me and then had a litter of babies, so I adopted them, too :) Then mama kitty disappeared one day, as did one of the tiny kitties, but the other three - all girls - are now my babies. Especially my sweet Calypso :) So I made this card with them in mind :) I stamped the adorable kitties from the Cat's Meow Stamp Set and then colored them with Prismacolor Pencils. The papers are from My Mind's Eye - after Christmas, my local Michaels had them at $1.79 per stack!! Score!! I bought every available stack :)


After coloring the images, I used the coordinating Cat's Meow Die Set to cut them out. I added the ball of twine and popped all of them all up with foam tape for dimension. 'Fur-ever Friends' is also from the Cat's Meow Stamp Set.

    Awww, that is so sweet Lisa that you gave those kittens and momma a home. You may only have the 3 left, but you took care of momma until she moved on with one of her babies. I'm not a cat person either, but I don't not like them either. lol I'm loving your cute kitty card! The papers are awesome and I love that you got them for such an awesome buy!!     Being the animal lover I am, these are adorable!!! So cute and playful and "purr-fect" choice of papers (I must of missed that markdown at our Michaels'..dang it)...anyhow, a fun and super duper cute card!!! Hope you are getting into your craft room more often...oh and we want to see pictures of those fur babies (the REAL ones...lol)

    Yay for you on scoring some good buys with this fun paper set from Mike's. It's perfect for the cute kitty stamps and the die sets. How marvelous that you didn't have to fussy cut, but could just die cut them. The tiny twine ball was perfect embellie for these mischievous kittens. Hope the Indy weather is not awful. It's cold here but at least sunshine is out. TFS & Hugs. (meant to say loved the prisma coloring).

    Oh how cute! The kitties are so sweet playing with their yarn. I love your use of dp and it is really pretty paper. We have always had dogs because our son was allergic to cats but I love to watch cats play. They are adorable.

    My sweetest friend, as a kitty lover, I adore every sweet inch of this! :o) What precious little stamps, which you've colored so beautifully! The ball of yarn is such a sweet accent and how fabulous to have coordinating dies.     I was lucky enough to grab some paper pads at that incredible deal. I just went yesterday 1/19 and now they are $1.09. Grabbed some more! Oh my I have enough paper to cover my city HAHA!
