Just Celebrate for Wild Orchid Crafts

Happy Sunday!! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I'd love for you to stop by if you have time :) I have a couple of cards with you featuring several Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and embellishments.

For my Just Celebrate cards, I've used Magnolias, Cottage Roses, Lilies, Hip Rosebuds, Small Gardenias and Apple Blossoms. The papers are from Prima and the ribbon is from DL.ART.

I've also used Mulberry Rose Leaves in two sizes, Self-Adhesive Pearls in two sizes, Pearl Stems, Skeleton Leaves and White Sissal.

For my project, I created a birthday box card for my Dad, whose birthday was on Tuesday :) The rope die is from Die-Versions. The hibiscus are from Memory Box, and celebrate is an Elizabeth Craft die.

He loves lighthouses and the ocean...so do I!! So this was fun to make :) The papers are from Heartfelt Creations.

The palm tree is from Yvonne Creations, the sailboat is from Marianne Designs and the lighthouse is from Die-Versions. The waves are from My Creative Time. I cut the seagull from the paper and popped him up with wire. For the beach, I mixed real sand with clear gesso and glossy accents.

The Adirondack chair is from Die-Versions. This palm tree is from Frantic Stamper, as is the beach grass. The airplane and banner is from Impression Obsession.

Scrapy Land Challenge #65 - Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a wonderful week!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land. The theme this week is Anything Goes Plus a Brand of Die Scrapy Land carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! If you play along, you could win a $15 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

For these cards, I've used papers from Prima. The base of my leafy scene is a Memory Box Stitched Square die.

The focal point of my card is a Penny Black Layered Scene die. I layered the die over a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily and popped up each layer for dimension. The birds were covered in Sparkle N Sprinkle Crystal Ice.

The gorgeous flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. Tucked beneath are Memory Box Chloe Stems, Cheery Lynn Flourish dies, Cheery Lynn Dandelion dies, and Elizabeth Craft Curvy Leaves.

The vines trailing down the sides are Cheery Lynn Ivy Corner Flourish dies.

Best Birthday Ever for Wild Orchid Crafts

Happy Monday!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I'd love for you to stop by and say hi if you have time :) I have a couple of birthday cards to share with you using a variety of Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and embellishments.

For these cards, I used cottage roses in two sizes, trellis roses, open roses in two sizes, and rosebuds. The papers are from Kaisercraft.

I also used WOC leaves in two sizes, natural skeleton leaves, pearl sprays, self-adhesive pearls and Siam Pink vintage seam binding. A Spellbinders Decorative Elements Oval was used to frame the Tattered Lace Lamp Post.
