For my project, I created cards celebrating my favorite type of vacation - a tropical one :) I've been trying to use up papers in stash and I came across this pack from Recollections.

I love how colorful these papers are!! Some of the pages have a shimmer to them, too.

The surfboards are from My Creative Time, as is the sentiment. The banner is a Avery Elle Wonky Stitches die. This gorgeous crinkle ribbon is Peach from the 2016 Spring Bundle.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The leaves are LaLa Land Open Leaf Flourish dies and Kaiser Craft Tropical Leaves. This beautiful crinkle ribbon is Rose from the Vintage Vineyard Bundle.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1) Little Scrap Pieces - Show it Off Saturday

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to DL.ART to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge!! Then link up your Vacation project!! I can't wait to see what you create :)

My Craft Spot Stamp Release Party - Day 3!!

** This is the second of three posts. For the Decorate to Celebrate Fall post, click HERE. **

Welcome to the My Craft Spot Stamp Release party!! I'm so excited to be guest designing this week!! Each day this week we will be sharing projects to showcase five new stamp sets and four new metal die sets!! Kimberly will have a giveaway every day this week, so be sure to leave a comment at My Craft Spot to be eligible for the daily prize. You'll also be treated to some amazing inspiration from the design team!! The party will end with a blog hop celebration on Saturday, where the full release is revealed and prizes will be given at each stop. Kimberly's new stamps and dies will also be available for purchase beginning that day :)

Today we are featuring the new Banner Sentiments - Fall stamp set and it is fabulous!! Throughout the week we will also be incorporating the four new metal die sets into our projects as well.

I used three sentiments from Banner Sentiments - Fall for this card. The papers are from My Mind's Eye. The ribbon is from my stash.

The spider and web are from Halloween Shapes die set. The banner tags are from the Ribbon Banners Straight die set.

The black cat is also from the Halloween Shapes die set, as is the...

...skull. All of the dies were popped up with foam tape. I have another card to share with you.

I had this idea to create a mummy and then I remembered the Spellbinders Mix'd Media Playtime set...I used the girl from the set and wrapped her with ribbon. I inked it in spots with TH Pumice Stone distress ink (couldn't have a pristine white mummy ;) and added the googly eyes :) The papers are from Recollections. The bat is from the Halloween Shapes die set. The banner is a Ribbon Banners Straight die, and the edges were inked with TH Pumice Stone Distress ink. The dotted boarder above the banner is from the Fancy Edges - Halloween die set.

Be sure to head on over to My Craft Spot to see the amazing projects the DT has created - I guarantee you will be inspired!! And don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win some of Kimberly's fabulous Jute String (10 yards of these four colors):

I'll see you tomorrow for Day 4!! Thanks so much for stopping by :)

The gorgeous pink crinkle ribbon is from my sweet friend Karen of Little Scrap Pieces. The tag is a Spellbinders Nautical Frames and Accents die. "Soak Up The Sun" is one of the many awesome phrases on the Summer Lovin' stamp set :)
