Jitterbuggin' Challenge
TGIF bloggers! Another wonderful weekend is upon us...though it is a chilly 37 right now and a chance of snow tomorrow. Grr. It's not supposed to snow in the spring! The Jitterbuggin Challenge this week is to follow the sketch, add a cricut flower and include the colors pink and purple. For my card I used paper from K & Company and embossed it with the Cuttlebug hearts folder. The silver background circle paper is from the DCWV Metallic Stack. The center flower was cut from the Accent Essentials cart. The couple and the tiny cupid on the bottom right are cut from the Sweethearts cart. The flower bouquet and two top flowers are from the Walk in My Garden cart. I used white enamel accents for the center of the bouquet and purple gemstones for the top flowers. And though you can't really tell in the picture, I topped it off with a spritz of Sheer Shimmer from Tsukineko (love the stuff!) so it's nice and sparkly!

This card is adorable! I love it! I have sheer shimmer, but haven't ever tried it. I have no idea what to do with it. I'm definitely going to try it out! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm so glad Momo had that great idea! I'm your newest follower. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see more!!!
Very cute card. Wow what a super sized bouquet. I love the colors and papers you used. Good luck in the challenge.
How sweet.....what a great card! Love the blend of patterns!
