For my project, I used the new Pretty Blooms (873) stamp set. Aren't these flowers gorgeous??!! I stamped them with Versamark Embossing Pad (VM001) and applied Antiquities Embossing Powder (EP266). The bottom and third layer were embossed with (my favorite) Lana Pink Embossing Powder (EP150).

I used a Medium Tip Nuvo Glue Pen (206N) on the inside lines and sprinkled them with Crystal Ice Glitter (G1058). The flowers were fussy cut with Tonic Spring-Cut Fine Tip Detail Scissors (404) and are popped up with foam tape on a bed of Diamond Dust Glitter (G1116), which was applied over Super Adhesive Sheets (SAS02). It sparkles like crazy!!
