Happy Tuesday!! Are you ready for another super-fun challenge at Krafty Girls?? The theme of Challenge #13 is "Get in Shape"...we want to see your shaped cards :)
The base and first layer of this shaped card are Spellbinders Grand Labels 23 dies. The paper is from Graphic 45 Botanicabella Collection. The next layer is a Spellbinders Labels 8 die. The black designs are Spellbinders Floral Doily Motif dies. The edges were inked with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink.
The butterfly is a Spellbinders Fanciful Flight die, cut twice and attached with foam tape for dimension. The gems are all from Recollections and the ribbon is from May Arts.
The frame is a Tim Holtz Ornate Plate. "Live in the here and now" is from K Andrew Designs Beautiful Thoughts stamp set:

Amazing card! Now to ask a silly question & show how much of a newbie I am - How do you use the spellbinders to create your card base? I have a few of these but have not mastered the techniques yet of cutting & embossing. tfs
What an amazing color selection - the papers are just fabulous. And you are definitely the shape card queen. Spellbinders should feature your work - you truly rock the dies. The inking and embellishments are gorgeous.
