Scrapy Land Challenge #38 - Think Green

To enter my Five Year Blogaversary Giveaway, click HERE!!

Happy Wednesday!! Do you have any fun plans for St. Patty's Day tomorrow?? In honor of the day, the challenge this week at Scrapy Land is Think Green. We want to see your Green/St. Patty's Day projects using a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries...there are over 40 to choose from!!

For my cards, I started with papers from The Paper Studio. I used a My Favorite Things Blueprints #13 die to cut the green layer and popped up with foam tape.

A Prima La Fleur Doily was cut in heavyweight black cardstock and popped up with foam tape. A LaLa Land Stitched Scallops die stretches across the center of the card. The banner sentiment is a Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets die. Both of the sentiments are from My Craft Spot (no longer in business). The gorgeous crinkle ribbon is from DL.ART's Halloween Bundle.

Tucked among the Wild Orchid Flowers blooms are Tattered Lace Meadow Leaves, Cheery Lynn Dandelion, and Memory Box Fresh Foilage dies. The butterflies are Memory Box Isabella Butterfly and Memory Box Pippi Butterfly  and they are covered with Sparkle N Sprikle Crystal Ice.

Wow Lisa, drop dead gorgeous!! Love the green papers and the big shabby bow!! The dark doily in the background creates an amazing contrast and makes a beautiful backdrop for your floral arrangement! I love the little dark green roses you tucked in there, how beautiful! I just went to add those butterflies to my shopping cart, but can't find the filigree one...do they not carry it any more? What would be the next best one according to size? hugs :)

Beautiful use of green and texture, Miss Mermaid! I love walking in your gardens. This one is especially lush and beautiful - perhaps because of all the spring colors vividly mimicking what is outside my window? I see you have acquired your other "butterfly" die cut to give your little flutterbyes the bodies and texture! LOL Beautiful cards, Lisa! hugs, de

Lisa, these are so, so beautiful! The colors are outstanding~ The dies you are showcasing coordinate so well with your design! I love the delicate look and the rich colors are fantastic~the flowers are gorgeous!

Hoper your week is going great~we've had a snowy, raining gloomy day! Everything was closed as were were suppose to have 10 inches of snow. We ended up with a slushy mess of about 4 inches of heavy, wet snow. I am kind of over the whole winter thing now....spring can come anytime, lol!
After being on vacation, I am SO looking forward to warm weather!
Have a great evening my friend!
