Die-Versions Think Pink Blog Hop

For the My Craft Spot Stamp Release Day 2 Post, Click HERE

Welcome to the Die Versions Think Pink Blog Hop!! October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so the Die-Versions Design Team wanted to bring Breast Cancer Awareness to our crafty friends. We want to get the message out to all women about the importance of early detection with regular self-breast exams and mammograms.

We want all of you to Hop with us!! Link up as many new projects (no back-linking) that fit the theme of Breast Cancer Awareness (no other restrictions) for a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate generously provided by Die Versions. Die-Versions manufactures low profile dies made right here in the United States. You can see all of the dies Die-Versions has to offer and do some shopping at the Die-Versions store.

http://doodlepantry.com/
Many of the designers today will be using images generously provided by Doodle Pantry. Doodle Pantry provides a diverse selection of images. There is something for everyone, so be sure to stop by to see all they have to offer.

http://www.fightingpretty.org/

We have also joined with Fighting Pretty to donate cards to be delivered to breast cancer patients. If you would like to donate your cards we would love to pass them along to brighten the days of needed recipients. Please email Lori at mulchlady(at)aol(dot)com for the address to send your cards.

Here's what I created...

For this card, I used a Die-Versions Whispers Ring of Hearts die as well as a Whispers Loopy Lace die. The papers are from Inspired By Stamping and the edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA. The pre-colored top and shorts were provided by Doodle Pantry. They are from the Just Wear Pink set, as is...

...the beautiful sentiment. The edges were inked with Tim Holtz Victorian Velvet Distress Ink.

For this card, I used Die-Versions Whispers Lacey Dots dies along the sides. A Whispers Heart Burst was used behind the Whispers Frilly Dress die.

The sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Diva's Be Inspired stamp set.

And finally, I have this card featuring one of my very favorite Die-Versions dies, Whispers Hairdo. The papers are from Prima and the edges were distressed. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

This sentiment is also from CDD's Be Inspired stamp set.

I am entering these in the following challenges:

1. DL.Art - Breast Cancer Awareness
2. Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes

I'm your last stop on the hop. I hope you've had fun hopping, celebrating courage and strength, and most importantly spreading some Pink Hope.

Here's the entire line-up in case you get lost along the way:
