Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2016 - July

Happy Sunday!! I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!! It's been raining here pretty much all weekend, which has put a damper on fireworks activity. I squeezed in a little time in my craft room to make a tag to play along with Tim's 12 Tags of 2016 Challenge. I'm 7-7 so far and even early this month :)

You can find the instructions for the tag HERE. I had to improvise quite a bit (as usual :) The stamp is from Tim's Urban Chic stamp set. This did give me the chance to use my Distress Glaze for the first time. I used Remnant Rubs for the stars.

I am entering this in Tim's 12 Tags Challenge.

To all my friends in the USA, I hope you have a safe and happy Independence Day!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great day :)

  1. Sorry to hear about all the rain... but just think... it'll be nice and wet and hopefully less likely that a fire would start, do to those who are careless with fireworks around people's homes... :) Sorry.... I always think about the safety hazards around homes in the Mid-West.... :) Your tag is fabulous... The design is super cool... So glad you're able to keep up and make one every month! Try and stay dry.... Enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend! Big Hugs!

  44. Wow this tag is awesome Lisa!! I Love this one... and good for you being 7 for 7! I wish I had the time to really follow along with this myself. Is there a way to subscribe to receive email updates for his tag challenge or blog? Every time I had visited his blog, I don't see any email subscription. And I hope you did have a great 4th. The rain cancelled out our fireworks too but this Saturday they will do the show. I'll be sitting on the beach with the family watching them.
