Hi, everyone!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of cards to share with you today featuring the newly released Just Me and My Dog stamp set.
I started by my cards by applying Tear-ific Tape ½” to the edges of a piece of cardstock and then covering it with Golden Sparkle Embossing Powder.
Next, a cloudy background using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. The image stamped with Versamark Embossing Ink Pad using a Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and heat embossed with Black Detail. The image was then colored with watercolors and cut out with Tonic Spring-Cut Fine Tip Detail Scissors 6.5”.
For the Memory Box Tree, I used Irish Isle Glitter for the leaves. For the trunk, Dark Chocolate Flocking.
The sentiment was heat embossed with Black Detail Embossing Powder. I also added a couple of flowers, covered with Lacy Lilac and Shell Pink Glitters using Brushable Glue.
The fence was heat embossed with Blackened Bronze Embossing Powder. It gives it such amazing texture!!
For the cobblestone sidewalk, I put a strip of Tear-ific Tape 2” on cardstock and then cut it with a Tim Holtz Cobblestone die. I then removed the strip to leave spaces between the "stones" and removed the covering on a couple of them before covering it all with Platinum Detail Embossing Powder.

Wow!!! Not only I love the theme (I love dogs!! :D )but also the stunning design!! Just fabulous!! Such amazing scene you have created! Lisa, for you this is almost a CAS card! Still have lots of lovely layers and interesting detail. Love all the sparkle on the card, and the flocking on the tree trunk is just so realistic. Love how you did the cobblestones too! The glittered mat edge gleams as does the shimmery effects on the flowers, and the sentiment is just totally cute. Love the tree leaves look too.
