This is How I Roll for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Tuesday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle blog and I have a couple of cards to share with you today featuring the The Old Tractor and the The Old Tractor DIGI set for the sentiment.

For the base of the card, I used Tear-ific Tape ½” around the edges of cardstock, and then covered it with Black Diamonds glitter.

On the next layer, I used Tear-ific Tape 2” around the edges and then heat embossed it with Japanese Lacquer.

Using my Tim Holtz Stamp Platform, I stamped the tractor with Versamark Embossing Ink Pad and then heat embossed it with Black Detail embossing powder before coloring. I then gave it a bit of sparkle with a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Midas Touch Glitter Gloss Pen. The cloudy sky and grass were colored with Nuvo Hybrid Ink Pads. I then cut it out with a Tonic Jasmine Sunset Layering Die.

The sentiment is from the The Old Tractor DIGI set. I inked around the edges with Nuvo Hybrid Ink Pad Sunset Serenade Rich Rosewood.

I was thinking of my Dad when I made these cards...he has a tractor similar to the image :)

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a couple of Christmas cards to share with you today featuring the new Happy Holidays stamp set.

For these cards, I started by adhering Tear-ific Tape ½” to heavyweight cardstock and then heat embossing it with Japanese Lacquer embossing powder.

A drop of Nuvo Crystal Drops Red Berry was used in the center of the snowflake.
