Scrapy Land Challenge #118 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is as always, Anything Goes Using a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are dozens to choose from!! If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

For my cards, I used papers from 49 & Market. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon is from DL.ART. The sentiment was stamped on an Impression Obsession Stitched Tag die.

Tucked beneath the flowers are Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branches and Frantic Stamper Foliage dies. To frame the opening, I used a Frantic Stamper Square Tangled Frame die.

The bridge is a LaLa Land die, but you could substitute THIS one from Cheapo Dies.

The lamp post is from Tattered Lace, but you could substitute THIS one from Frantic Stamper.

Scrapy Land Challenge #117 ~ Anything Goes

For my cards, I used papers from 49 & Market. The bottom three layers were cut with Elizabeth Craft Stitched Rectangles.

A Sue Wilson Noble Collection Double Stitched Circles was layered over a Frantic Stamper Muse Mandala die.

I cut the Impression Obsession Birdcage several times and glued them together for dimension. The sentiment banner is a Impression Obsession Stitched Tag die.

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the ribbon from DL.ART. Tucked beneath are Penny Black Little Branch and Frantic Stamper Foliage dies, as well as sissal, baby's breath and cheesecloth.

Happy Birthday for Wild Orchid Crafts

Hello, everyone and happy Monday!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I have two birthday cards to share with you today featuring several flowers and embellishments found in the Wild Orchid Crafts shop.

For these cards, I used 49 and Market's Heirloom Botanicals collection paper. Tucked in the back is a Tonic Jewelled Crown die. For the base of the flowers, I used Mixed Paper Doilies.

I used Trellis Roses in two sizes, Wild Roses, Open Roses, Lilies, Sweetheart Blossoms in two sizes and Hip Rosebuds.

Tucked under the flowers are White Mulberry Paper Leaves, Small Ivory Double Head Pearl Stamens, Net Lace and Rashel Lace. The sentiment is an Altenew Label Love stamp. The ribbon is from DL.ART.

Mixed Media Celebrate Cards for Wild Orchid Crafts

Happy Monday!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I have a couple of mixed media cards to share with you today featuring flowers made with flower-making foam.

I colored the Foamiran with oil pastels and added small ivory double headed pearl stamens in the centers. The papers are from 49 and Market.

I also used Cottage Roses, Lilies, Hip Rosebuds, White Mulberry Paper Leaves, Skeleton Leaves, Pearl Sprays, Self-Adhesive Pearls and Lace.

For my cards, I used papers from 49 and Market's Sand and Sea collection.

I used my favorite Tattered Lace Little Mermaid for these cards. Her tail was cut in sparkly paper, but it's hard to tell in the pictures.

The seaweed and coral are a combination of dies from Little B Mermaids and Little B Sealife sets, topped by a Impression Obsession Salt Life die.

Tucked under the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are Concord & 9th Layering Leaves, LaLaLand Open Leaf Flourish and Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch 3. The banner is from Spellbinders Nautical Frame and Accents. The sentiment is from Ellen Hutson's Mermaid set.

For My Sweet Friend for Wild Orchid Crafts

Happy Thursday, everyone!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts Blog and I'd love for you to stop by if you have time :) I have a couple of cards to share with you featuring several Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and embellishments.

For my friendship cards, I used papers from 49 and Market's Cottage Life collection. Our DT challenge this month was to use supplies we purchased but have neglected. I purchased the Mixed Vintage Hydrangea Blooms a while back and this is the first time I've opened the package. They were created with Double Head Pearl Stamens (my new favorite embellishment!!). I also used Cottage Roses, Lilies and Hip Rosebuds.

Tucked among the blooms are Mulberry Paper Leaves, Pearl Sprays, Crown Pins and Heart Shaped Pearl Beads. The butterflies are adorned with Self Adhesive Pearls and Double Head Pearl Stamens.

The tags pull out to reveal pretty papers.
