Scrapy Land Challenge #111 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy first Wednesday of April!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is as always, Anything Goes Using a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from!! If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

For my cards, I used papers from Stamperia. Along the back is a Tattered Lace Lacy Border die.

The tag is a Sue Wilson Pierced Tags die. I snipped it in half to give the impression it's longer.

Tucked beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch, Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch 2, Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch 4, Memory Box Chloe, Frantic Stamper Foliage and Impression Obsession Foliage dies.

The sentiment was stamped on a Concord & 9th Happy Card banner die. I added some Prills for texture.

Memory in our Heart for Sparkle N Sprinkle

Hello, everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and I have a project to share with you featuring the Memory in Our Heart 917 and Botanical Orchid Flower 874 stamp sets.

For these cards, I used papers from Lemoncraft, which you can find in my ETSY shop HERE.

The flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and ribbon from DL.ART. Tucked under the flowers are Elizabeth Craft Leafy Branch dies and Impression Obsession Foliage dies. Tattered Lace Lace Border dies were used along the sides.

After dusting the paper with an Anti Static Bag, I used a Tim Holtz Stamp Platform to stamp the flower with Versamark Embossing Ink Pad. It was then heat embossed with Black Detail embossing powder and watercolored. After it was dry, I used a Nuvo Aqua Shimmer Midas Touch Glitter Gloss Pen to add shimmer.

After dusting a piece of vellum with an Anti Static Bag, I used a Tim Holtz Stamp Platform to stamp the beautiful sentiment with a Versamark Embossing Ink Pad. It was then heat embossed with Gold Detail embossing powder.

The sentiment was cut out with a Tonic Layering Basics Sunray Venus. I used the larger size to make the frame. It was then covered with Gold Dust glitter.

The butterflies were punched with paper covered with Tear-ific Tape 2” and then heat embossed with Gold Detail embossing powder.
