I know I say this about every new release, but this one is my very favorite ever!! The Whispers Holy Cross die is so beautiful. You can't tell in the picture, but the cross is covered with Crystal Ice Glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle. I popped it up with foam tape for dimension. The papers are from Prima.

I used the new Whispers Stitched Nesting Circles for the sentiment. Happy is a Sweet Wordlet die. Easter is from My Craft Spot (no longer in business). The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the gorgeous ribbon is from Little Scrap Pieces. The button is a Wee Petites Button die.

I tried to get a close-up of the amazing sparkle. I am entering this in the following challenges:

Scrapy Land Blog Challenge #35 - Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a fabulous first week of February!! Yay - Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early spring!! Let's hope that little guy is correct :) It's time for another challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is everyone's favorite - Anything Goes PLUS a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries...there are over 40 to choose from!! You could win a gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.

For my cards, I created some Make a Wish, Happy Birthday cards to share with you.

For my cards, I started with papers from Prima. The edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA and inked with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. They were then sewed onto the base cardstock.

The doily is a Die-Versions Whispers Ring of Hearts die. Two Taylored Expressions Tag Stacklets 2 dies were layered over each other. Tucked among the flowers are Memory Box Chloe Stems.

The butterfly is a Memory Box Isabella die. The banner for the sentiment is a My Favorite Things Blueprints 13 die. The sentiment was heat embossed with Vintage Photo Distress Embossing Powder. The button on the DL.ART ribbon is a Poppystamps Stitched Button die. The inside of the card was cut with a Spellbinders Curved Borders One die. I used a Tim Holtz Distress Splatter Brush with some white acrylic paint to give some texture.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

Graciellie Design Blog Hop & Giveaway

This is my second post of the day - for the DL.ART February Linky, click HERE

Today we've come together to celebrate the relaunch of Graciellie Design’s Digital Shop. Gracie has come up with new digital stamp sets designed for cardmaking, scrapbooking, journaling, mixed media and even home decor. Today I’m sharing a couple of cards using one of her beautiful new sets, called Angel Wings.

The wings are so beautiful!! I love the sentiments, too :)

For my first card, I started with papers from Craft and You, distressing the edges with a Zutter DIA. The beautiful wings were cut with a Spellbinders Opulent Ovals die. An XCut Doily die was layered underneath. The sentiment was cut with a My Craft Spot Banner Die (no longer in business). The crinkle ribbon is from DL.ART. The flowers and pearl stems are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I added texture paste through a TCW Harlequin stencil. Memory Box Chloe Stems and Impression Obsession Heart Stems were tucked beneath the frame.

The butterflies are from Impression Obsession. They were covered with Starfire glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

1. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
2. Simon Says Stamp Work it Wednesday - Something New (Papers and DL.AR Ribbon)
3. 2 Creative Chicks - Anything Goes
4. Pause, Dream Enjoy Linky - Anything Goes
5. Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes
6. Jo's Scrap Shack - Funday Friday - Anything Goes
7. Little Scrap Pieces Show It Off Saturday - Anything Goes

For this card, I used papers from Maja Designs. The wings were cut with a Spellbinders Gold Circles die, layered over an XCut Doily die. Distress Inks in Broken China, Tumbled Glass and Weathered Wood were used to ink the circle. Memory Box Chloe Stems, Marianne Designs Leaves and Poppystamps Viola Leaves were tucked among the blooms. The butterfly is a My Craft Spot die (no longer in business). The sentiment was cut with a Memory Box Stitched Square die. The ribbon is from DL.ART.

I added clear Wink of Stella to the wings to give them a subtle shine.

Happy Monday and happy first day of February!! Wow, January flew by, didn't it? And we are having temps in the 60's!! It feels like spring!! As always, the theme for the monthly linky is Anything Goes. Use the code l01210 for 10% of your order!!

I could not wait to use the gorgeous new Orange Green Hue ribbon from Mermaid's Tale Third Edition!! How unique and beautiful!! I created the card around it, choosing papers from Lemoncraft and flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts to match.

For this one, I used my favorite ribbon, Sweet Love from the Valentine Bundle. I cut a Die-Versions Ring of Hearts doily in half and used for the base of the flowers. Memory Box Chloe Stems and Botanical Stems were added among the flowers.

The banners are from Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets 1 die set. The sentiment is from My Creative Time. The butterflies are from Impression Obsession.
