**Today is the last day to enter my blog candy giveaway!! Click HERE to enter**
Happy Saturday! It's a warm and humid 90 here today and there is nothing I rather be doing than relaxing in a cabana by the ocean, drinking an ice-cold fruity cocktail, listening to the waves lapping the shore. Ahhh...Heaven! Since I can't acutally do that, I made a wall hanging to gaze at and dream :)
Most of the paper I used is from DCWV's Tahiti stack. Chillaxin is from Groovy Times and I welded it together with the reclining woman image from Pack Your Bags on my Gyspy. I also changed out her drink for one from Life's a Beach...it was way more tropical-looking. The sun is from Life's a Beach, attached with wire. The netting is from a roll of Christmas ribbon, and I cut the wire edges off and frayed the ends to make it look like it was blowing in the breeze. The little ladybug is from Create a Critter.
I am entering this in the following challenges:
- BugBites Grillin' & Chillin' Bug Hop - Grillin' & Chillin' project...include hidden critter (ladybug)
- Paper Cutz Challenge #94 - beach or travel theme
- DYSU Challenge Blog - orange

Lisa, this is sooo cute! You are really talented! I hope you win! I haven't finished hopping yet, I have only found a lady bug (did that last week) and a criket. I have to learn how to weld. I don't have a gypsy, but my brand new broken and replaced Imagine is supposed to get here next week. Talk to you soon! Chriss

Super fun! Would love to join you relaxing by the ocean!
wow, this is kickin! You are amazing!
Wow...that is so super cool!!!! Love it! Her polka dot bathing suit turned out great. You always get the "cuts" just right. I love what you did with the ribbon. Great idea to cut the wire out. I never thought of that and a lot of times I don't use the ribbon because the wire takes away from the project. Awesome!!!
Thanks for you kind words on my giveaway post!!!
Love it- Chillaxin!!!! Awesome card! TFS :)
