More Stencil Projects :)

Happy Thursday, everyone!! Are you getting tired of my stencil projects yet?? I have a couple more to share with you today :) Before I get to them, I want to tell all my friends in the south that are now getting hammered with snow and ice that I am thinking of you and praying for your safety.

For this card, Tim Holtz Spun Sugar and Victorian Velvet Distress Inks were sponged through a Crafter's Workshop Harlequin stencil. The tag was cut with a TH Tiny Tabs & Tags die in vellum. The sentiment is from JustRite Stamps Grateful Hearts Vintage Labels 2 set. It was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Pink gems from The Paper Studio and a clear sequin were added, along with pink and white twine.

For this card, Tim's Rays stencil was inked with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. Then his Clockwork stencil was inked on top with Iced Spruce. Finally, Tim's Stripes stencil was inked with Peeled Paint and Mowed Grass, some of the stripes masked off. The sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping, using Donna Salazar's Mix'd Media ink in Jasmine on vellum. A Spellbinders Classic Heart was cut out and the panel was adhered with foam tape. A Dylusions Around The Edge stamp was stamped on the bottom panel in Iced Spruce and blue gems from The Paper Studio were added.

I am entering these in the following challenges:
  1. Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything with Twine
  2. DL.Art - January Linky
  3. Just B Creative Crazy - January Linky
  4. 2 Creative Chicks - Anything Goes
Thanks so much for stopping by!! I only have one more stencil project to share with you later this week :)

These are both BEAUTIFUL! I am lovin' your stenciled projects...keep them coming girl! I wish I had a little time to take on some new techniques.....Ugh! I don't see this year being any different then last year...already the calendar is filling up...not to mention all the weddings this year! We are getting a big jump on my son's wedding which is in August so I am feeling good-my future daughter in law is on the ball which is great! I love that-I like to have a plan, a list and go to it and getter done!
Oh well, maybe next year it will be my year to set aside some time for me...and take on a few new techniques!! I also would love to take some photography classes ;) fingers crossed!

Have a great evening my friend! Stay warm....the weather has been actually okay the last 2 days~at least in the teens but I hear the weather is going to change again on sun and highs only reaching -10. Bummer!

My dear friend, these are gorgeous! I am not surprised in the least that you've taken off with this stenciling technique. You are so quickly mastering it and designing so beautifully with it. The first card is stunning! I love the pink and white and the vellum usage. The sentiment is my top JR stamp set on my JoAnns wish list! :o) It's so pretty on the vellum with the pink showing through.

The second card is such a fun take on the ray stencil! I've certainly never seen it in blues and greens. :o) Such a fun design with so many elements going on. I love the heart window you created with the dream tucked inside... where dreams do reside, after all! :o) The varying shades of blue are so pretty, too. Lovely work as always, my dear Lisa! I hope you have a wonderful weekend planned. :o)

Hugs and blessings!

Nope, I'm enjoying your homework. I think these are fantastic. I've seen so many beautiful samples of the classes. I did get round to viewing Lesson 1, but no homework as yet. Can't wait though, after being teased with all the loveliness I'm seeing in the students' work. TFS & Hugs. Warmer today, and thanks for the weather prayers. I'll send some back the udder way!
