Scrapy Land Challenge #13 - Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a wonderful first week of March!! I seem to be keeping to my one post a week schedule. I am actually doing more crafting, but I'm hoping to set up a booth at a local craft fair in May, so I'm stocking up, and that's taking up my blogging time. It would be my first craft show, so I'd love any tips or tricks from anyone who has been to craft fairs before :)

It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and it's everyone's favorite - anything goes using a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries (there are over 40 brands!!). I have a couple of spring-y birthday cards to share with you today.

I used Prima papers for both cards. The papers for this one are from the Something Blue stack. The edges were distressed with a Zutter DIA and I stitched the layers together.

I used a La La Land Diamond Wire die for the background - love this one!! The butterfly is a Memory Box Darla die, covered in Sugar Coating. The sentiment banner is a Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets 1 Die. The sentiment is from My Creative Time's Springtime in Paris set and it eas heat embossed with snow embossing powder. For the flowers, I used Memory Box Botanical Stems and Tender Leaves dies to tuck among the blooms. Poppystamps Stitched Buttons were used on the bows.

I used the same dies on this card, just different placement. I am entering these in the following challenges:

1) Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Special Lady/Girly
2) DL.Art - March Linky
3) Little Scrap Pieces - Show It Off Saturday
4) Jo's Scrap Shack - Anything Goes
5) Card Mania Challenge - Spring
6) Crafting From The Heart - Anything Goes
7) The Shabby Tea Room - Pop of Pink / Photo Inspiration
8) Sentimental Sundays - Anything Goes w/Sentiment
9) The Ribbon Girl - Add Flowers
10) My Sheri Crafts - Welcome Spring
11) Sister Act Card Challenge - Anything Goes
12) Design Team Showcase - Anything Goes

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Scrapy Land to see the amazing projects my design team sisters have created for today's challenge!! Then link up your project using a brand of die that Scrapy Land carries!! I can't wait to see what you create :)

Oh my Lisa, these cards are simply stunning!! I love that background die you have used, so awesome!! I thought at first it was an embossing folder. lol Then I read on and saw that it was a die. Good luck with your Craft Fair. I haven't been to one in such a long time. I grew up going to them because my Mama sold her smocking in them for years and years. Sure miss seeing all the wonderful handmade goodies at those shows. I'm sure everyone will be amazed at your beautiful work!

I hope you are having a great week! I hope the weather has been a bit better for you...I hate the freezing rain, makes it hard to go out and do anything! We got 6 inches of snow yesterday! It actually was kind of fun since it's been so long since we have had any measurable amounts! My hubby is getting ready to leave on a big Canada trip on Saturday so busy, busy, baking some yummy things for them to take with:)
Have a great evening!

Lisa this must take you forever to work on your beautiful creations. Every little flower and details is perfectly placed! You will do amazing at your booth and I can't wait to hear about it! Sorry I have been absent. I get behind when they call off school. I've seriously lost count how many days they have had to use this year. I know they are dangerously close to using up their allotment. I am hoping last week was the last of it.
