Krafty Girls Challenge - 3D Project!!

Happy Tuesday!! I hope you are having a great week!! I am getting ready to leave for a few days so I won't be able to stop by your blogs until this weekend. I have a couple of posts scheduled while I'm gone, so crossing fingers Blogger cooperates :)

It's time for another super-fun challenge at Krafty Girls. The theme of this challenge is a 3D project.

The box is from Tablescapes Spring and Summer cartridge. The paper is from K&Company.

The top butterfly is from the same cartridge and I ran it through the Sizzix Dot Matrix embossing folder and added some Recollections crystals.

The front butterfly is a Spellbinders Fanciful Flight die, cut twice and popped up with foam tape for dimension. The front label is a Spellbinders Label One, with a Ribbon Tag Trio die on top. "A Sweet Treat For You" is from K Andrew Designs I Heart You stamp set:

I am linking this up at Jaihart - Sundays Are Lovely #11

Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Krafty Girls to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your 3D project. I can't wait to see what you create :)

Decorate to Celebrate #27 - 4th of July Party!!

Enter my Blog Candy Giveaway HERE!!

Happy Wednesday, everyone!! I hope you are having a wonderful week :) It's time for another super-fun challenge at Decorate to Celebrate!! For Challenge #27, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a 4th of July Party. Let's celebrate everything wonderful about fireworks, sparklers and freedom with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!!

For my 4th of July party decorations, I created rocket candy holders and decorative 3D stars. In the spirit of full disclosure, I must admit that M&M's were harmed in the taking of the above picture. But I promise you, they did not suffer long ;) (And mmmmm, they were good!!)

The paper is from DCWV The Stack 6 (an old, old, oldie). All of the stars are from Tablescapes Spring & Summer cart, cut in various sizes.

I found these adorable rocket candy holders on the Martha Stewart blog, HERE. There are templates you can print out with the correct sizes.

All of the stamps are from K Andrew Designs Sweet July stamp set:
