Live The Life You Want

Happy Monday, everyone! I hope your week is starting off wonderfully! I have a card to enter into a couple of challenges today :)
For this card, I used the Tim Holtz Floral Frames embossing folder and then sanded the raised image. I then brushed red chalk over it to show the texture. I cut the dragonfly from Picturesque and used Terrifically Tacky tape on the wings and then adhered glass microbeads. I also spritzed the orange paper with shimmer spray in sparkle so it really glitters. It is overcast here today so I couldn't get a really good picture of all the sparkle.
Recipe:
  • K & Company Que Sera Sera Paper - card base
  • Core'dinations Roy G Biv - orange paper
  • Picturesque - Dragonfly at 2 1/2"
  • Tim Holtz Floral Frames Embossing Folder
  • Colorbok Red Chalk - edges and over embossed area
  • K Andrew Stamp from Positive Thoughts - click HERE to purchase your own set
  • Tim Holtz Fired Brick Distress Ink - sentiment
  • Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 4 - label
  • Tsukineko Shimmer Sparkle Spray
  • Hobby Lobby ribbon
  • Foam tape - for orange card stock, label and dragonfly
  • iRock - crystals for dragonfly's body
  • Recollections Pearls - for dragonfly's eyes
I am entering the card in the following challenges:
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a great evening :)
