DL.ART Thankful Thursday #221 ~ Love

Hello, everyone and happy Thursday!! It's time for a new Thankful Thursday Challenge at DL.ART and the theme this week is Love. You could always substitute a Thank You card. If you use the code LF222, Diana will give you a 10% discount to shop at DL.ART.


For my project, I created three love cards using buttons from Diana's Random Valentine Set, and all of the colors of the beautiful ribbons from the Valentine Bundle.   • 5 Love 1 Flair buttons

  • 2 6" red paper doilies
  • 2 6" pink paper doilies
  • 2 pair googly eyes
  • 1 shaker sticker (random)
  • 5 glitter hearts
  • 5 foam conversation hearts
  • 8 heart stickers.

First up is Red Hot Love from The Valentine Bundle. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

The papers are all from Maja Designs. The doily die is a Prima die. Sue Wilson Mosiac Leaves and Pierced Flags were also used. Love is an Impression Obsession die. And I added Prills on each card, as well.

Love You So Much for Wild Orchid Crafts

Hello everyone and happy Saturday!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts Blog and I have a couple of cards to share with you today, featuring flowers made with flower making foam, as well as other flowers and embellishments found in the Wild Orchid Crafts Shop.


For the flowers, I used White Flower Making Foam and colored them with oil pastels. For the centers, I used Baby Pink Bead Berry Spray Clusters and Baby Pink Double Head Pearl Stamens. The papers are from Lemoncraft, and you can purchase them in my ETSY shop HERE.


Surrounding the flowers are Mixed Pink Cottage Roses, Open Roses in two sizes, Mixed Pink Hip Rosebuds, Mulberry Paper Tulips and Frosted Berry Sprays.


I also used White Net Lace and Off White Guipure Lace. The sentiment was stamped on Washi Fabric tape.


To finish the cards off, I used White Pearl Sprays and Self-Adhesive Pearls.

Scrapy Land Challenge #82 ~ Anything Goes

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a wonderful week!! It's time for a new challenge at Scrapy Land and the theme is Anything Goes Plus a Brand of Die Scrapy Land Carries...there are over 55 to choose from. For the base of my cards, I used corrugated paper from DCWV. I added Sue Wilson Pierced Tags along the side.


A Frantic Stamper Stitched Photo Cards was used beneath the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers.


A Dee's Distinctively Mother's/Father's Day was placed over a Taylored Expressions Banner Stacklets 2 die.


Tucked under the flowers are Cheery Lynn Floral Bouquet Kit. The ribbon is from DL.ART.


A Prima Vintage Clock die was covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Hammered Bronze Embossing Powder.

Love Cards for Wild Orchid Crafts

Happy Monday and Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day to all of my friends in the USA. It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog and I have a couple of purple love cards to share with you today featuring several flowers and embellishments found in the Wild Orchid Crafts Shop.


For my cards, I used several flowers in shades of purple/lilac including: Chelsea Roses, Cottage Roses, Apple Blossoms, Open Roses in three sizes, Sweetheart Blossoms, Lilies and Hip Rosebuds. The papers are from Violet Silence from Lemoncraft and you can find them in my ETSY shop HERE.


I also used Mulberry Paper Leaves, Pearl Sprays, Self-Adhesive Pearls, Net Lace and Guipure Lace. The wooden corners and hearts are also from the WOC shop.

DL.ART Thankful Thursday #220 ~ Winter

Happy Thursday!! I hope you are having a wonderful start to 2018!! It's time for a new Thankful Thursday Challenge at DL.ART and the theme this week is Winter, or you could always substitute a Thank You card. If you use the code LF222, Diana will give you 10% off your purchase at the DL.ART Shop.


The inspiration for my cards are the upcoming Winter Olympic Games :) I used Elizabeth Craft dies for the mountains, covered with Finnabair Snowflake Paste.


A La La Land Icicle die...okay, it's actually a Seaweed die, but I thought it looked like icicles hanging down ;) Anyway, it was added just above the Memory Box Snowflake Swell die.


The circle is a Memory Box Stitched Circle Tree die, cut out with a Memory Box Stitched Circle die. The glittered ice skates are an Amy Designs die. The sentiment is from Altenew.


The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The gorgeous crinkle ribbon is White as Snow from the Traditional Christmas Bundle.

Scrapy Land Challenge #81 ~ Anything Goes

Hello, everyone and happy Wednesday!! I hope the first week of 2018 has been a wonderful one for you so far :) It's time for our first new Scrapy Land challenge of the year and the theme as always is Anything Goes PLUS a brand of die Scrapy Land carries...there are over 55 to choose from. If you play along, you could be one of two winners of a $10 gift certificate to shop at Scrapy Land.


For my cards, I created two window scene cards. I started with one of my all-time favorite dies...Die-Versions Brick Background.


The window and shutters are Frantic Stamper Arched Window dies.


To create the window boxes, I used a Memory Box Stitched Square die. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, as are the curtains made from WOC lace.


The banner is a Spellbinders Banner die, with a My Creative Time stamp. A Cherry Lynn Ivy Corner Flourish Die and Poppystamps Stitched Butterfly Trio die were used to finish it off.

Love Always for Wild Orchid Crafts

Hello, everyone!! It's my turn to post on the Wild Orchid Crafts Blog and I have a couple of cards to share with you using several flowers and accessories that you can find in the WOC Shop.


For my cards, I used an assortment of my favorite pink flowers including: Cottage Roses, Chelsea Roses, Wild Roses and English Roses. I also used Hip Rosebuds and Tulips.


I also used Mulberry Paper Leaves in two sizes, Pearl Sprays and Self-Adhesive Pearls.
