Decorate to Celebrate #55 - Let's Get Wild

Happy Wednesday!! I hope you are having a great week!! My niece is still here and we are having a great time!! We went to see Despicable Me 2 in 3D today and have fun activities planned for this evening. She's wearing me out :)

It's time for a super-fun challenge at Decorate to Celebrate!! For Challenge #55, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for an animal themed party or event. Let's celebrate everything wonderful about dogs, cats, giraffes, elephants, monkeys and all other animals you love with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more :)

For my project, I created a zebra-themed gift box. The box was cut with a Sizzex Ellen Hull Scoreboard XL Candy Box Die. The paper is all from my scrap box. I'm not sure where the zebra-print paper is from - Glitz maybe...from their Diva stack? The drawer pull was created from beads in my stash.

A Tim Holtz Rosette die was used for the top. A Spellbinders Standard Circles Small die was punched with Canvas Corp heavyweight paper The tag is a Spellbinders Back to Basics die. The zebra and sentiment are from the Mark's Finest Papers Wild and Free stamp set which I won in a challenge, stamped in Versafine Onyx ink. The beautiful crinkle ribbon is from my sweet friend Karen of Little Scrap Pieces.

I am entering this in the following challenges:
  1. DL.Art - Thankful Thursday - July Anything Goes
  2. Sunday Funday #11 - Linky Party
  3. Fun-Day Friday #7 - Anything Goes
  4. An Inky Situation #1 - Anything Goes
  5. 2 Crafty Chicks #4 - 3D
Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Decorate to Celebrate to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your Let's Get Wild project...I can't wait to see what you create :)

First I want to thank you so so much for taking the time to go "like" my photo... I so appreciate it. I really don't like that you have to get likes to win the contest, I thought they would have judges... :-( if I had known that I would not have entered. AND I so miss seeing your amazing creations, this is just GORGEOUS.. If you don't mind I am going to pin it..
Thank you again my friend. The contest doesn't end till July 18 at noon..I will probably be a wreck before this is over :-)... if you have any friends that would be willing to pop over and "like" my photo, I would be thrilled. I am such a pest. I am still in 1st place, but there are two people ready to over take me...
Have a wonderful day my friend.
Hugs
Sandy
