Hello everyone and happy Friday!! I hope you have fun plans for the weekend :) Yesterday was the start of a new Thankful Thursday Challenge at DL.ART and the theme is Ribbons and Sparkle. My project is a a day late but I've created a couple of breast cancer support cards in honor of breast cancer awareness month (October). I purchased the Courage Stamp and Die Set by Essentials by Ellen a few months ago and this is the first time I've used it. For the sparkle, I used sparkly paper from Core'dinations.
I stamped the leaves and flowers from the Courage Stamp set and then layered the awareness ribbon on top, cutting it twice and adding foam tape between layers for dimension.
This gorgeous ribbon is Pink Champagne from The Vintage Vineyard Bundle and the Twine is also from Diana's shop.

These are just beautiful Lisa and for such a great cause. I love those flower images in the background, the colours are so lovely. That sparkly paper is fantastic, works so well for the Cancer symbol, and double layering gives it a 3D appearance. The ribbons are fantastic, wow, loving that bundle! My favourite element are the quotes, such true words and very inspiring, well done!!
Here we are at another weekend and I didn't get outside all week, once again. Lots of rain here keeping the ground soggy and I've ruined too many pairs of jeans already crawling around on the ground. lol. Perhaps I should invest in a pair of ski pants! HA!
