Sparkle N Sprinkle and Die-Versions are partnering up for a very special joint blog hop, called the Awareness Campaign. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the newly released Die-Versions dies and the stamp sets revealed in the joint blog hop will go to help with cancer research.
Almost every one has been touched by cancer is one way or another. Either you or a family member has had cancer or you know someone who has had cancer. The Designers from both teams are joining together to help the fight to eradicate all cancers by inspiring you.
Not only are we debuting NINE new Die-Versions low profile dies (July 2015 Reveal - scroll down to the end of the reveal), Sparkle N Sprinkle is also revealing THREE stamp sets for this Awareness Campaign.
The SNS sets are:
Pink Ribbon Background 408 (digi version DIGI408)
A Grand Prize winner will be chosen from comments left on the Designers' blogs and will be announced on August 4th. You won't know who the Mystery Designer is until after the Joint Blog hop, so remember to leave a comment with each of the Designers.
The Winner will be announced on the Die-Versions Facebook page, the Sparkle N Sprinkle Facebook page, the DV Blog, and on the SNS Blog and will receive a $25 gift certificate from BOTH Die-Versions and Sparkle N Sprinkle.
You should have arrived to my blog from my sweet and talented teammate Lori. If not, you'll want to start at the beginning with the Die-Versions blog so you don't miss anything. For my projects, I've created a few cards to share with you.
For my first card, I've used the beautiful new Whispers Awareness Square die. What a perfect die to show your support for a loved one fighting cancer. I cut it twice...once in black and then again in heavyweight cardstock with double sided tape. I covered the die in Sparkle N Sprinkle Moonrise Tinsel Glitter...love this glitter so much...the texture and shine is amazing!!
Here's another view so you can see the sparkle. "Awareness" is from the SNS Awareness stamp set (#714P7), and heat embossed with SNS Cotton Candy Embossing Powder (EP121).
My second card uses the new Die-Versions Whispers Fight It die. I love this one, too. Using the cancer ribbon as the ribbon for the gloves is awesome. Both the ribbon and the sentiment were heat embossed with SNS White Embossing Powder (#EP166). The gloves were again covered with SNS Moonrise Tinsel Glitter. The sentiment is from the same SNS Awareness stamp set.
For my third card, I used the Whispers Awareness Square die. I cut the ribbon out, embossed it my all-time favorite embossing powder, SNS Lana Pink (EP 150) (My Mom's name is Lana :) . Find the cure was also embossed with SNS Cotton Candy Embossing Powder (EP121) and the sentiment is from the SNS Awareness stamp set.
For my final card, I used the DV Whispers Fight It die. The ribbon was embossed with SNS Lana Pink and the gloves with SNS Cotton Candy. The sentiments are from the SNS Awareness stamp set, heat embossed SNS Cotton Candy.
