Little Scrap Pieces Fun Friday - Luck of the Irish

Happy Friday!! I hope you have fun plans for the weekend!! Maybe indulge in a little corned beef and cabbage and green beer for St. Patrick's Day??!! It's time for another Fun Friday Challenge at Little Scrap Pieces!! The theme this week is Luck of the Irish :)

Guess what made an appearance for this challenge...my Cricut!! She's feeling so neglected. Actually, she still is because I cheated a bit...I made this card last St. Patty's Day but never got the chance to post it :) It was made using the Spring Holiday Cards cartridge. The postage stamp shape was embossed with a Sizzix diamond pattern embossing folder.

Lucky charm and the horseshoe were cut twice, first in black and then in sparkly gold paper. The gold layers were attached with foam tape for dimension. The shamrocks are from the same cart. Green rhinestones decorate the horseshoe, and it was finished off with a bow.

I am entering this in the following challenges:
  1. DL.Art - March Linky Party
  2. Sunday Funday #7 - March Linky Party
  3. Craft It Up & Link It Up - Linky Party
Now it's your turn!! Head on over to Little Scrap Pieces to see the amazing projects my talented design team sisters have created for today's challenge. Then link up your Luck of the Irish project...I can't wait to see what you create :)

Green beer....sounds good! Let's meet at the pub:) Wouldn't that be fun...why don't you move to MN and we can go, lol! Oh yeah, probably can't get here...So much stinken snow:( You won't believe it...we are in line for 5 inches of snow tomorrow. I am really wanting to head south! Our only saving grace is we love to snowmobile..thank goodness or I would be sippin' on cocktails in sunny Arizona!!

Okay...enough of that! I love your fun card! The embossing looks awesome and gives it such depth. The fun papers..shimmery look is amazing! Check out that fabby horseshoe..love the bling!
Hope you have a super wknd and please send me some sunshine!!!
Hugs,

My sweetest friend, this is marvelous! A blast from the past in a sense! :o) I'm glad you were able to post it this year... I love the texture, the sparkling horseshoe, and of course the fabulous sentiment. :o) The shimmery shamrocks are so sweet and I absolutely love that ribbon. :o) All of your creations are always fantastic... and I keep staring at those beautifully green rhinestones. :o) I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead, my dear friend. I'll take a grasshopper instead of the green beer! ;) Pretty please?

Hugs and blessings!
